A long time ago. Hasn't been in the game since the PS4 era as far as I can remember though. My memory is a bit fuzzy, but I seem to recall them saying that MLB told them they had to take out ejections.

I know there was a year where they did a bunch of bench clearing animations and MLB put the nix on it. The MLB is protective of its brand image to the extreme.

I threw one behind Bautista and there was a cutscene that no joke lasted 20-30 seconds of Bautista just running his mouth to the pitcher, then the umpire and the catcher. I thought for a second the umpire was going to ring him up for spouting so much. Guess it was just a cutscene, though.

Have they totally abandoned the Daily Roster portion of the game? Yesterday I tried to play a preview of the Red Sox v Yankees game, and the Daily Roster has Chapman as the leadoff hitter, two Brett Gardners in the lineup, with the same fielding position for both. So when you tried to change him, whoever you swapped him with got their double as well. Plus, add to the fact there was no RF position, so you couldn’t make a lineup.
And the records were 1-0 and 0-1 and they remarked how it was opening day, when it is April 10th and the season is 10 games old.
Did the guy who used to be assigned season mode also have daily rosters?

They did, but I haven't seen that in quite a while.

I'm wondering if it was removed when they added the challenge system?

Is there a way to turn Off Dynamic Difficulty Sensitivity?

I noticed it being set to 5 on slider sets on here. But I also see it mentioned it doesn't matter it's at 5, because it's off. I do not see the option to turn it off

I believe it’s in the advanced gameplay settings. Or maybe just regular gameplay settings, one or the other.

It's in the sliders section, the one at the very top. Just zero it and progression in either direction is turned off.

Right, but the reason it’s set to five on slider sets is because it’s off, i.e., it’s a difficulty level. If you’re on HOF or All-Star or whatever, it’s off.

That's....not how the slider works - dynamic difficulty does affect your difficulty level, but the slider doesn't directly influence it. 5 is the middle ground, with no modifications to how fast it progresses (up or down). Progression toward a different difficulty level gets quicker the higher you go on the slider, and slower the lower you go. At 0, there is no progression either direction - your dynamic difficulty is essentially "locked".

Right right, I get that. I thought he was asking how to turn it off, and so was pointing out (after my mistake of thinking there was an on/off option) that it’s only “on” in the first place if “dynamic” is selected in the difficulty fields.

A friend of mine in the UK (I live in the US), wanted to watch me via Share Play, while having his tea, to see what the game was like. Except it said he was blocked because there was no UK release. What gives?
