You have to add them again. The actual tracks would need to carry over and they do not.

The game is carrying over your franchise save as is, complete with stats, records, rosters, coaching changes, and any edits that you've made to the rosters. The only thing that it doesn't bring over due to legalities/licensing reasons, are players that are no longer part of the MLBPA and actual coaches who are no longer in the game.

The game is carrying over your franchise save as is, complete with stats, records, rosters, coaching changes, and any edits that you've made to the rosters. The only thing that it doesn't bring over due to legalities/licensing reasons, are players that are no longer part of the MLBPA and actual coaches who are no longer in the game.

I just figured if players that were SCEA got face updates when we carry over then I would think secondary positions would update as well!

Ain't no thing. I'm almost at the carry over stage so trying to get things figured out!

I'm a tigers fan, and last year got bored of building around miggy's broken corpse and fulmer's wonky elbow so I went back to the oldest MLB I had, 14 I believe. Started a chise with the tigers and carried it over to 18, now 19. I have primeish miggy 99 overall, and I re-aquired Prince fielder, who I had to make a CAP of obviously, kinsler, Ajax, vmart, verlander, mad Max, and anibal Sanchez. Probably the most fun franchise I've ever played, my offense is nuts, starting pitching is rock solid, but the bullpen is atrocious. Havent won a world series yet and after I paid mad max, and miggy I'm in budget hell so things are getting interesting.

Also going back to 14 I did a fantasy draft and took all young guys that I know pan out pretty good, so I have a ridiculously stacked team that includes yelich, Harper, puig, salvy Perez, boagaerts.

Also fun playing with now retired former greats is awesome even if I have to CAP them

I just hit Patrick Wisdom's 150th homerun of his career. What makes this special, is the fact that thanks to carryover saves, I have hit all 150 of those. Every rookie that is playing, or guy that wasn't in the big leagues when I started in '16 that is on my team, their career numbers are how I performed with them.

I just hit Patrick Wisdom's 150th homerun of his career. What makes this special, is the fact that thanks to carryover saves, I have hit all 150 of those. Every rookie that is playing, or guy that wasn't in the big leagues when I started in '16 that is on my team, their career numbers are how I performed with them.

I love taking the journey along with these guys. I'm pretty sure come next season I'll end up naming my 2014 first round draft pick my ace. It was awesome seeing his meteoric rise through the minors, his struggles in his debut in September, and that moment when he finally "found it" in his first full season.

Now in his sophomore season, he is easily my best starter in a strong rotation. My longtime ace Masahiro Tanaka is leaving at the end of the season, and it seems obvious who will start the 2021 season when the time comes.

It seems like they have in some cases, at least that I've read.

I have only transferred in the offseason prior to starting a new season and, knock on wood, nothing crazy has happened in my carryovers.

I have only transferred in the offseason prior to starting a new season and, knock on wood, nothing crazy has happened in my carryovers.

Did you carry over after the WS or once you began the offseason.

If I try to carry over after the WS it messes up player contracts but if I do it once I start the offseason I still get the DH bug with "real" pitchers.

I'm contemplating going back to 18 since I can't get past the DH issue. Can't stand seeing Archer, Miller, Kershaw, Cole, etc. as the DH in simmed games. I play every game of mine but don't want stats screwed up for the CPU controlled teams.

I carry over after the offseason is complete. I get to the final day of the offseason, February 28th, and am at the point where if I advance day if will give me the notification that its starting a new season. Before doing that, I carryover my save and then advance to the new season.
