The bottom line sports ticker (the thing that shows scores of other games) takes on a different appearance based on the theme that you're using, whether it's MLB Network, Theme 1 or Theme 2.

Some umpires will throw a new ball in after a foul ball and some will hand the new ball to the catcher

Errant throw from the outfield (as well as ill-advised) and the ball skips away from my third baseman.

The runner takes off for home, but the ball hits the umpire, and Devers is able to scoop it up and throw out the runner at the plate.

I did not ever remember seeing the umpires have Collision Detection with regards to thrown balls.

        Very cool.

I've got one, might have been mentioned already so I apologise if it has but...

"YOU'RE SCORING! YOU'RE SCORING" ... on a pop up fly, clearly going to the outfielder with 2 out. No. No I'm not scoring, it's a clear out and the end of the inning so stop yelling! Or better yet don't yell at all.

The NFL and NBA would never let their respective sports titles do anything close.

Even better, the way the crowd drifts in late at Chavez Ravine.

I don't think daytime attendance drops quite as much as it does in real life but it's a great feature nevertheless.

It seems to me that the CPU pitchers try to work an actual plan against my batters.

I see JD especially getting fed a steady diet of balls low and away, and I love the idea of the game trying to stay away from dangerous hitters.

If they did indeed put an execution plan in for pitching strategically, that’s a job well done.

The AI pitching does seem smarter. Played on Legend last year and the difficulty seems much harder this year. Feel like there’s more to it then just power/HR’s being toned down this year.

One little thing I liked in years past and now is gone is the fans reaching over the wall to get foul balls. I haven't noticed it once this year.

It was poorly done with arms disappearing into the ground most of the time.

The Presentation is unmatched in this game. I'm talking the overall Presentation is next level, from the fans, to the players, the managers, and the commentary is in the 95 percentile in context. And the high leverage moments are impeccable and they have triggered properly for me each and every time. This one is here is WOW!!!
