Anyone else notice on the batter walkup it will show that a hitter "grounded out to SS" or "grounded out 4-3 in the 2nd"?

    Very cool

Pregame. Fans throwing balls to a player who signs them throws them back and gets another.

What? Did I just see this? My batter gets plucked by Arrieta. Acuna walks to the plate and is seemingly jawing at Realmuto and the umpire has to step between them. Really, lol? I want to see that again.

I am really digging the two alternate presentation themes. I have always liked the MLB Theme, but now the two alternate ones look completely different than each other and I like the looks of them.

They have Oliver Perez's multiple deliveries.

This might not be the right thread for this question but hopefully someone can help me out. I noticed that when you're at the plate in batter's view and a pitch is thrown it shows the speed of the pitch but not what kind of pitch it was. This is in the upper left corner, and in The Show 18 it had the speed and type of pitch. I'm not sure if it's one of the settings or if for some reason they just left out of the game this year.

That scene was in last year game as well.

How about a “Big Thing” as opposed to a little thing. Let’s make it Three Big Things, and those are the three ginormous phones behind Heidi Watney during her cutscenes... if those three phones ring simultaneously as she stands in front of them, she’ll be deaf by the second ring.

The presentation and intro videos in Moments are pretty cool, especially the Babe Ruth ones.

Side note: These are ****ing SUPER difficult. Ruth's are mostly HR and XBH-focused, and pitchers only throw you trash pitches 90% of the time.

During my game today, DeRosa was talking about how we had left 12 men on base already with possibly number 13 on base. Never heard that before.

Why have individual pitch speeds not increased yet? For example Chapman hit 105 years ago with 4FB. Max speed still 99-102. Hicks hit 105 last year with a sinker. Max sinker speed is 95-98mph. He avg 100 with it. Same with Thor. I understand they don’t do it every pitch but it should be in the game. Those are huge things that have been missed for years. Extremely disappointing

Saw my outfielder give the Ronnie James Dio horns after making a catch, indicating there were 2 outs.

Haven't seen a stat ranking presentation breakdown like this before - I've definitely seen them talk about league leaders in various things, but this is about the worst teams in the league at that stat.

Kind of an opposite little thing but when playing as the Syracuse Mets Matty V referred to them as the "Syracuse Chiefs", their former name in the intro.

Edit: I guess this is more of a bug than little thing.

dont recall seeing this before but when you start up a franchise, the first screen that pops up where you choose which team(s) you want to control, you can hit the triangle button to view the roster
