2k was only a viable threat for a couple years. In 2008 was the biggest leap that franchise mode saw in the show. That year arbitration, renewable, free agency, rule 5 all came into being. Since 2k has went away there had been nothing of substance added to franchise, but token features that have never been fleshed out. Still have legacy issues that have never been addressed.

Don't forget the presentation and commentary. I still prefer 2k's commentary team 2k9-2k13 to the Shows to this day.

First thought that came to me more fluid deliveries.
Would love to see Sandy Koufax's low slung stretched out arched back sling shot delivery.

as a pitch first, hit second type of guy, I at least hope to see a pitching delivery editor, like the stance editor introduced recently

Very simply; a PC release (I believe) is the thing that would address my issues (complete player editing, stats/documented MLB history)

2k's commentary in NBA is also great with the rotating commentators. Even EA's Hockey commentators this year beat out The Show.

I just want the guy at first to actually cover 1st. Last night I could have easily thrown out the sloth creeping up to first but nah screw that were going to stand 6 feet off the bag. I believe I read here they changed it because of DD cheese or something. So I know it will never get fixed but I can dream.

- No jaggies
- Ability to toggle off all and every icon/notification/visual aid/manger tip/xp notification no matter what way you configure offense/defense (manual, assist, auto)i (i.e. no blue circle, no prompts to switch user, no prompts for cut off man, etc.)
- No uniform/accessories flickering
- No players running through each other
-True broadcast option where everything plays out unless the user hits the x button
-An option to allow the catcher to throw the baseball back to the pitcher 100% of the time uninterrupted
- Toggle options brought back from versions in the past (i.e. ability to turn off HR camera, fielding region option (i.e. just the shadow not the ball icon)
- Ability to make the pitcher turn his head when checking the runner on a base like the computer does that doesn't switch the camera angle (i.e. pressure sensitive on the trigger...only change the angle if pushed all the way down for a few seconds or more)...or option to not switch the camera angle at all
- Ability to use the no doubt HR cam for a camera choice for gameplay (offense, defense)

...so, really the foundation has been solid for many years...just looking for more options to customize the game to look just like mlb broadcast (true broadcast style and a clean screen), if one desires.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here when it comes to Spring, but I'd like to see them add 3 spring facilities to play out of for each Spring league.
