dont get me started on my soapbox about ST.

too late, you already did. sure wish there were a couple February games against fictional colleges/universities. split-squad games would be great also. maybe add 5 NRI's to be on your team before you have to trim your roster by the last week of ST.

also, completely unique commentary that you only hear during ST games. but ties should be the easiest thing they could do to flesh out spring

Commentary that mentions a person having been recently traded, recently called up, or returning from injury.

      Actual injury animations

Would like to see a few key stats by month

True historical stats (standings, WS winners etc) for the life of the franchise

Ability to access all names of those who have gone to the HOF in the history of your franchise.

Can I really not see a hitters BA against lefties and righties whenever I want? If its there, I can’t find it.

This would take a bit of work but multi-team trades would be nice. Right now I have to do so much mental math to set things up without screwing the computer. Which is probably why it's not implemented. Although I want to say an early 00's NBA Live game had this feature.

Better stadiums. it's a shame how inaccurate they are even with community involvement.

More accurate uniforms. Some of the throwbacks are off.

              2. Custom leagues/divisions for Franchise mode. I’d like to be able to move team around or delete teams. For example, I’d like to be able to recreate the divisions and teams for a 1988 season. Having classic stadiums for each team would also add to this feature. I’d also like to see custom season lengths in Franchise mode as well.

              3. I’d like to see umpire crews with viewable attributes for each umpire. In MLB a crew will rotate bases each game of a series. Then they travel to a new location. Umpires are a big part of the game and getting to know each crew member is crucial for each team. There needs to be an umpire central with all the data, not just a one min blurb about about the home plate tendencies.

              4. Better AI front office management in franchise mode and in game lineup management for franchise mode. I’d like to see daily moves by the AI front office. Adding an extra arm or a spot starter after extra inning games would be a nice touch. Signing free agents as needed in season and/or releasing players in season would also be cool. Daily and/or weekly call ups based on immediate team needs would also be welcomed.

              5. Lineup and pitching logic needs to be reworked. There should be an actual DH position in general on a roster. Lineups are not a one size fits all. Maybe we could have options for lineups like a classic lineup, speed lineup, power lineup, modern line up or a custom lineup. And for the bullpen there should be six relief spots, a setup man and a closer or a custom bullpen. Back to lineups, as of now only the one, three and four spots really matter to a star player on each team. A star player shouldn’t be penalized for not being able to hit in one these spots. Some teams have more than three star players. A player like Trout should have a three through four lineup attribute. Gallo would have a three through five attribute.

              6. The commentary needs to be erased and built from the ground up. The commentary should be a mix of straight play by play on one slider, and stories and back and fourth banter about baseball or just general things on another slider. And a third audio slider that has in game interviews with former players and managers in the booth. No cut scenes for for booth members or field reporters.

              7. Real full MLB coaching staffs. The coaches should have real life attributes and face scans. Managers should have actual managing attributes and so fourth for the other coaches. The attributes for each coach should affect the players on the team. These effects should be viewable for each specific player attribute not just an overall on the player moral screen. Add coaching cards to all modes.

              8. The catchers need to matter. The catchers should have new specific catcher attributes. The game calling attribute would boost a pitcher’s confidence and if the catcher has excellent blocking skills the pitchers sinker or splitter gets a confidence boost. If the catcher is more of an offensive catcher the the opposite would happen for pitcher confidence and balls in the dirt confidence.

              9. A new weather system. I’d like to option to adjust the temperature and weather affects for each game. Stadiums that have a complete inclosed environment should be set to 72 degrees. As of now at Globe Life Field it will say its 92 degrees and the commentators talk about how the ball travels farther when the weather heats up yet the roof is closed with the AC on. The weather should have actual affects on the players. Hot days should eat up player stamina and affect attributes to a certain degree, especially for catchers. Cold days should should favor pitchers.
Add weather cards to all modes.

              10. Updated field/stadium interaction and animations. The dirt plums need to go. The dirt should not plum up every time a players feet moves. The grass should look more like real world grass and the dirt should interact more life like with the players feet and the ball. The chalk lines to first and third should show wear and tear. Each stadium should have an updated and accurate home run firework or water spout celebration. Body and ball collisions should reflect more accurate real world interactions. For instance players should react to railings and the walls more realistically. The new extended netting should be present in all scenes. The ball should not bounce as much or as high as it does. There should be no sound effect when the ball bounces on the grass. The grass or field turf should play different from stadium to stadium. Some teams cut the grass higher for a slower infield or outfield. The stadium cards should reflect the fast, slow or normal playing surfaces.

*Plus one more, all the cards should be able to be used in all modes, especially franchise. Add manager cards with attributes and have stadium cards with attributes.
Hire this man SSD! Also, please bring back a robust online franchise mode. Cross play between all platforms would be awesome too when the game goes multi platform next year.

Adding player audio would be sweet! On relays hearing players yell 4, 4, 4, or 2, 2, 2 would be cool. Also players calling for the ball or calling out the number of outs would add immersion.

I think having a option to choose the type of helmet you want for "all" players would be very cool.
A default selection I would choose Basic Helmet no flaps and presto all my roster players including all legends offered would have my choice of Helmet.

Whenever they show a player on base after a hit they should be removing their batting equipment instead of doing nothing.

                        1. Custom season length, it’s a shame they didn’t add 60 game season into this years with a patch.

                        2. Add more old parks.

                        3. Historic teams.

                        4. Better franchise mode , you don’t get offered trades unless you simulate games evict is silly.
