I'm pumped to see what they do for the Duelsense on the Ps5.

Madden 21 on that thing is so cool. Between the QB cadence and tackle sounds coming from the controller to the haptic feedback when pulling turbo. Amazing.

All of this is very intriguing. Along with improvements, I’m hoping they don’t remove any features from current offerings such as sounds of the show.

That happened in MLB 14 going from PS3 to PS4 cause PlayStation didn’t allow the PS4 to read mp3 files.I’m thinking this won’t be an issue but it’ll be certain come April.

That feature alone could be decisive in me going next gen or not. It just adds so much immersion to the game.

I don't see how SOTS wouldn't be in considering that you can use it on The Show 20 with the PS5.

Anyone think we get a mlb the show advertisement for the superbowl this year?

If so do you think it is just that Tatis video or will we get a 3 second glimpse of what it will look like on the next gen systems?

If i remember in years past there might have been a year or two we have got an commercial during a superbowl.

Has SCEA ever talked about why they don't allow image uploads for logos? I was so stoked when the DD uniform creation suite was introduced, but I feel like I've been waiting on it to expand to a CAT feature, or expansion feature, and include logo uploads. Call me lazy or call me unartistic, but having to create logos from scratch, piece by piece really limits the use of the suite for me.

I feel like those things would really unlock the potential of that suite, but the fact that it's been relatively unchanged for the past couple years and doesn't have these things, makes me wonder if they're not allowed for some reason?

I can't help but reference NBA 2k's expansion and uniform suite and it's amazing. It's nearly limitless.

And 2K takes it all away from guys who do not move on to the next game. Once they shut the servers down you lose all of it. You can’t save it offline.

It is ridiculous.

Ya me neither. The reason it didnt make the jump initially last gen switch was because the PS3 handled SOTS externally from the game. You imported the mp3s to the PS3 then youd go in game and edit and assign.

PS4 didnt have the ability to import mp3s into it which threw a huge monkey wrench into the plan.

Sony San Diego came up with the idea of importing them from in the game and into the app not the PS4s operating system. That fixed any issue and I cant see any reason why that would change.

I had a feeling it wouldn't be an issue cause I saw in the SOTS thread others reply they have the PS5 and have been able to import SOTS. I also know that sometimes developers don't tell you something until after launch date haha.

Thanks for the clarity as I didn't know that's how it worked. Looking forward to using your awesome SOTS in MLB 21 and beyond!

The PS store doesn't have revamped any more so far the Xbox store still shows "revamped". Maybe somebody was like "oh crap were making the over promising mistakes EA does quick take it down." The potential for a revamped franchise was the only thing keeping y2y saves fans sort of calm.

Dang. That's pretty strange. Probably just as silly to overreact to it now while we still hardly know anything about the game as it was to make assumptions about what "Revamped" meant when they first posted it, but still strange
