Gameplay has definitely improved every year. But graphically it is disappointing. I would be happy with new grass and improved lighting.

I am sure it will and their servers will be upgraded. They want that online gambling money like EA . Franchise will be untouched and weak as usual

It doesn’t. We’ve already seen what it looks like via the trailer which was captured on next gen hardware.

Just a side note I was playing the Saint Louis Cardinals against the Brooklyn Dodgers.
The situation was Daffy Dean at the plate the pitcher through a beanball I thought I heard the 3rd base coach yell "Daffy Duck"

Maybe the studio's core focus both last year and this year is to make sure the game that they now have to develop on 3 new platforms isn't a completely buggy technical mess before they decide to give the game a 4K overhaul

Corporations have ruined all sports games.

Typical America; deliver any product that sells, as cheaply made as possible.

I feel for the folks that work in the industry. They don't sound lazy at all, from what I've read. I doubt many posting here would last, or care to, with stressful deadlines and 60+ hour work weeks.

The dirtbag board members are the ones that should take all the shots.... but they're far too rich to care.

Could be. I know the player vault is a mess trying to search, the problems trying to build a roster after downloading a player (hangs up fo 15 seconds then kicks you back to page 1) and the stadium vault, yikes, 120,000 stadiums and you can’t delete stadiums that you have updated. I personally think the graphics are fine. Fix the bugs.

My guess in no. Unless you consider mlb 21 next Gen, then yes. The first video we saw looked pretty much like mlb 21.

Do Create a Stadium look like next gen ?
Can you brand a stadium in the third year of relocation
Has anything changed in uniforms graphics especially short sleeves in like..ever ?
Has presentation gone next gen when you look at compared to NBA 2k ?
Remember when Ramone asked about create a stadium said and I quote " we do not want to put out anything until its ready"
Was create a stadium ready ..no night games, no branding etc
                    But hey we have LEGENDS
This all comes down to engines, we see where EA is with Frostbite and MLB the Show is in same issue, until they change their engine ? This is what we get

And now we have online co-op competitive play that’s what we are coming with. Remember when this game was a PlayStation seller ? Now it’s a Game Pass seller. Why would you ever pay next gen price for a current gen looking game is beyond me

Or there are some of us that think the visuals look fine. Stop with this rhetoric that people are "making excuses" for SDS. Everybody has their own opinion on what needs work and what doesnt. Also, I remember a time where attacking the devs and calling them lazy was a definite way to get yourself fast tracked out of OS.

I have similar thoughts on the graphics. I know people have high demands, but once I get the PS5, I know I'm going to think the graphics are great. So I guess I'm in the minority. I think the graphics are good.

It still is. It is against the TOS to attack developers in any way on this site. Especially calling them lazy.

This is gonna start being enforced in this forum and could result in a permanent ban.

I agree. Yes there are some squared shoulders that could use some attention, but this is a beautiful game. What a gift thinking back. Let’s hope SDS never folds up shop because I personally don’t believe there’s a developer/studio out there that can do what they’ve done.
