After trying the tech test yesterday I was so disappointed to see it looks and felt the same. If it wasn’t on gamepass I’d most likely skip this year’s version.

Madden has a everything issue
MLB has a status quo issue
2k has a trying too much issue

One day one of these franchises gonna strike the perfect balance. But that’s looking years away

2k the closest imo to being right

If I went into a coma in 2015 and woke up in 2022 I would be disappointed at how slow the mlb franchise is moving

1 Custom Music
2 Better quality graphics and weather ( visual of rain on the field and on the players)
3 More option for dynasty or change to My League like NBA 2k
4 Create a stadium with a roof
5 More stats
6 Option for create player
7 More sfx chant crowd real for all stadium
8 Better presentation

I love the show, but I really thought this would be their "next-gen" year.. and it just isn't

Still no hair or cloth physics. Players still look cartoony. Pitchers arm motion still too slow. They are way behind. Next gen isn’t even “next gen anymore”. It’s current gen

I think last year they were like shiiiit we need to add SOMETHING for next gen and one developer said well I can throw some birds in…do it!

But only in CF, casting giant dragon like shadows on the batters eye. Birds would obviously only fly there and nowhere else

Call me old fashioned or basic but I’d have much preferred them spend the time and manpower on improving graphics then adding the silly stadium creator…….. that’s just me though

It’s a fantastic addition. If you look at the vault, with about 130,000 created stadiums, 95% of the creations are, IMO, awful. If you learn how to use it, and keep it real, it adds to the gaming experience.

Now, graphics, especially face CAPS done by SDS, are pretty awful, so yeah, they need to greatly work on that.

Sounds like EA. We added accurate socks to the uniforms but that was such a heavy lift we removed franchise mode sorry. Then next year MLB the Show 23 new feature franchise mode!
