Watching teams select while updating my draft board and then having to re-order/re-populate due to my targets being drafted is a very engaging experience. Also seeing teams reach for prospects as well as watching some of the higher touted prospects fall beyond their ranking was nice to see.

Also, I didn't see a single closer or relief pitcher get taken in the first round. The first reliver/closer to get drafted was around pick 35/36 I believe, which was the competitive balance round.
Consider yourself lucky then. I just had a draft this weekend where 3 closets were taken in the top 20.

In the future I would maybe just like them to list players as simply “pitcher” with a reliever risk rating. Making it more of a gamble when selecting pitchers. Some guys turn into starters and some become relievers. Kind of like real life

In the show pitcher doesn't increase most of the time and on the few occasions when it does increase it is only by +1 per season. Relief pitchers therefore can't become starting pitchers except for a rare exception with stamina in the 70's or 80's.
