The more I see these City Connect jerseys being unveiled, the more I dread the Phillies getting one next year.

I kinda like the Orioles City Connects. Didn't dawn on me that they've never worn "Baltimore" on their jersey.

It'd look better with either white pants or if everyone rocked high socks.

I feel that way about several of the CC’s. When I use those in the Show I just manually change the pants to white.

There are just WAY too many options for a Philly city connect jersey that would make everyone happy. I think Philly has more history and things that it's known for than any other city in MLB.

Hated the Mets in the 80s but completely agree!

I love the 87 away unis but they need to incorporate pullovers if they want them to look right

I'm trying to figure out how other teams have multiple uniforms going back several decades while the Mets can't get all the classic 80's uniforms...only the 1986 uniforms.

The 80's was the best decade the Mets franchise has ever had.

Someone on SDS must not like the Mets or something.

I'm hoping for a more of a simple jersey like the A's or Dodgers that look similar to their normal uniforms. My problem is that I love a good classic uniform and I don't really like alternate jerseys that are way different than the them/color scheme of the other jerseys. What if someone from the Rangers throws a perfect game while they're wearing their City Connects and in the clips that fans look back on forever they're wearing whatever that uniform is supposed to be?

The White Sox and Brewers get no love for their 1980's uniforms. They're the only clubs in the game not to have any uniforms from the 1980's though the White Sox have the 1983 Home as a Sunday Alternate but not the 1983 Away. Also the Cubs are missing the 1990-1993 Away uniforms and even the infamous 1994-1996 Away set. SDS won't put in Milwaukee's 1994-1999 Navy Alternate or add Baltimore's 1995 Away when the home set is already in.

The logic that they use with these uniforms make no sense. But they will make sure that they put in the latest City Connect jerseys in real time so you can have it right away.

Complaining about the uniforms might be nitpicking a bit BUT it would be nice if they had a uniform plan for all the teams and not have teams who are lacking jerseys.

I mean, surely you can understand why currently worn uniforms are a drastically higher priority than random classic uniforms, right?

You missed the entire point of what I was saying.
It completely went over your head.

I know they are going to put the city connect jerseys in everyone knows that. Since Nike is involved SDS will do all of that. That's fine. It's a business. Then you have some teams that have jerseys spanning back several decades. Which is cool too. But then you have other teams that are missing multiple important jerseys. Like they don't give damn and will just put something in. Almost like they are playing favorites with certain teams.

Jerseys are a smaller part of the game so it's not a major deal but the process seems to make no sense. The Mets have had the same jersey set up for years.

I actually came across something today. The A's actually wore the yellow in a single Spring Training game this year, March 24th against the Mariners. So, they still exist. The A's just don't wear them for whatever reason.

I’d love to see the old Padres Pacific Coast League uniforms they wear occasionally in the game.
