1st question. Have yall implememte chat GPT into your franchises yet. You can basically turn it into your assistant manager. It will keep track of team and league stats. It will give trade advice and even set it up to interview you after a game.
Also Idk how you guys get through so many games so quickly. Started doing the every game every pitch route and I get through maybe 2 series a week if im lucky

This is genius. I’m in year 3 with the Giants. I loaded my roster up to GPT and asked it to be my assistant. This is a game changer lol. It’s asking for stats and all. Going to provide tomorrow and then start doing some interview/media type stuff as well.

          2025 Minnesota Twins

Twins turn things around; Will Castro for MVP!?!?

          Game 1: L 6-5
          Win: Clay Holmes (2-0) 5.0 IP, 4 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 5 K
          Loss: Joe Ryan (3-1) 5.2 IP, 10 H, 5 R, 0 BB, 8 K

Juan Soto got the Mets off to a fast start with a two run home run in the first inning, and they never looked back. Francisco Lindor and Tyrone Taylor also homered off of Joe Ryan and New York would go into the bottom of the fifth leading 5-0. The Twins would begin their rally with a bases loaded ground ball from Emmanuel Rodriguez, which ended as a double play, so no RBI was credited to him. Royce Lewis hit a run-scoring single in the sixth and Willi Castro hit a two run home run in the seventh to counter Francisco Lindor’s RBI single in the top of the inning. Minnesota would score again in the bottom of the ninth when Emmanuel Rodriguez hit his first career home run off of Edwin Diaz, and the Twins would get the winning run to the plate in Royce Lewis, but he would ground out to first to end the game.

          Game 2: W 4-1
          Win: Bailey Ober (2-0) 6.0 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 7 K
          Loss: Paul Blackburn (1-1) 0.2 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 0 BB, 1 K

Pete Alonso got the Mets on the board with a solo home run in the second inning, and for a few moments it looked like this game would be very similar to the past four, but Bailey Ober was able to keep his composure and ended up going six strong innings. Kodai Senga was dominating the Twins’ bats, but had to leave in the fourth with shoulder discomfort after giving up a double to Royce Lewis. Paul Blackburn would enter the game and get out of the fourth unharmed, but the Twins would get to him in the fifth with back to back singles from Austin Martin and Emmanuel Rodriguez, both of whom advanced on a wild pitch. Austin Martin was injured sliding into third, and it looked to be a hand injury. Harrison Bader came in to replace him. Willi Castro would then triple in two runs and Edouard Julien hit his third home run of the season to put the Twins up 4-1. Brock Stewart and Cole Sands each worked scoreless innings and Griffin Jax would strikeout Jeff McNeil, Juan Soto and Brandon Nimmo (Lindor hit a single between Soto and Nimmo) to earn the save.

Austin Martin has been placed on the 60 day IL with a fractured hand. The Twins have called up DaShawn Keirsey Jr. The fans and media were hoping for top Twins prospect Walker Jenkins, but the Twins want to give him to develop at AAA before making the transfer.

          Game 3: W 4-2
          Win: Chris Paddack (1-1) 2.2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K
          Loss: Sean Manaea (1-1) 5.1 IP, 6 H, 4 R, 0 BB, 3 K

Minnesota got back to back home runs from Ty France and Ryan Jeffers to start the 2nd inning, but Minnesota tied the game in the fourth when Brandon Nimmo went deep off of David Festa. Festa would only go 4.1 innings due to a high pitch count, and questions have been raised if Chris Paddack would be a better option in that rotation spot. Paddack definitely proved his argument by finishing the fifth and pitching the sixth and seventh as well. The Twins would give him the lead in the sixth with a two run home run from Ty France. Jhoan Duran and Griffin Jax, while neither were at their best, would keep the Mets off the board to give the Twins a series victory.

Minnesota (12-7) looked to return to form in their series against the Mets, but they will get a true test following an off day as they will next be in Atlanta to face the Braves (13-6). Willi Castro was getting MVP chants during the series, which has to be quite flattering; but also quite a longshot. He is batting .355 with 6 homers and 19 RBI, but this trend can’t continue, right?

              2025 Houston Astros 06/03-06/05

              Overall Record:33-29 (3rd AL West/1.5 behind Seattle)

              Game Results:

              Game 1
              Pirates-8
              Astros-5

              Astros-5
              Pirates-1

              Game 3
              Pirates-6
              Astros-3

Astros drop opening June series to Pirates

The Astros were hoping to get closer or take over the top spot in the AL West as the month of June kicked off. Unfortunately, they couldnt get it done as they lost two of three versus the Pittsburgh Pirates. Fortunately, both teams in front of Houston, the Texas Rangers and Seattle Mariners also went 1-2 within the same span so the difference stayed the same.

Cristian Javier started off great for Houston and his team had the lead although a small one (1-0) heading into the sixth inning. That is when it unraveled for Javier and the Astros. Pittsburgh ended the inning with 6 hits and almost as many runs (5). Javier made it through the inning because at that point, why not. His replacement in the seventh inning, Luis Garcia didnt fair any better as he allowed three more runs in that inning. The Astros did fight back but ultimately fell short, 8-5.

They then went on to win game 2 behind a complete game by Framber Valdez (9.0 IP, 7 H, 1 R, 7 SO) and 14 hits on offense.

Hunter Brown fell victim to the big inning in the 5th of game 3 when Pittsburgh tallied 5 runs against him to take the lead, 6-3 and to knock him out of the game. The Astros couldnt score again and Hunter fell to 2-9 on the year although he hasnt been that bad, the record doesnt look good.

Houston will now finish off their road trip with three in Cleveland againt the Guardians (40-22/1st AL Central/6.5 ahead of Twins).

Astros send Chas Mccormick to IL

Mccormick suffered a broken foot while diving back to first during the Pittsburgh series. He is currently projected to come back sometime mid July- early August. Ben Gamel was recalled to take his roster spot and will act as a backup outfielder. Taylor Trammell will slide into the starting RF role against RHP

                  The 2025 Seattle Mariners

                  Call THAT a comeback

                  Series Recap: vs Red Sox
                  Game 1: W 10-2
                  Game 2: W 9-1
                  Game 3: W 6-2

The Pink Gorilla Games high performer of the series: George Kirby, Logan Gilbert and Bryan Woo: 20 IP, 10 hits, 3 ER, 22 K

Without hyperbole: We played 3 perfect games here. The lineup showed power and ability to manifacture runs in multiple ways, the starter were crispy all 3 games and the bullpen did a great job to never give them a chance.

Game 1 started with a leadoff homer by Yoshida and I was scared. But Kirby recovered and pitched a great game from there, Drew Pomeranz was the only other reliver in the game and also did a great job. Their only other score came in the 9th inning when the game was basically already over.
The standout guys on offense are hard to name: Julio hit a 3 run homer, Harry Ford recored his first 2 RBIs, Cole Young and Solano added another 2. The only player in the lineup not getting a hit was Robles, but at least he added a walk and a run resulting out of that. A very well balanced attack.
First review of Harry Ford: That guy will have a spot in the linup rather sooner then later.

Game 2 was also dominated by pitching from the start. Abreus solo home run in the 7th ended up the only run scored for the Sox.
The lineup looked similar: Raley hit the 2 run HR instead of Julio, Cal recored 3 RBI, Polanco added 2. Rowdy Tellez with one of his rare doubles, we love to see the big guy run!

Game 3 started with us loading the bases in the first inning against Crochet and scoring 2 runs out of that after a Raley double.
Julio hit his 100th home run of his career and Rowdy Tellez added to his impressive season.

Bad news: Donovan Solano had to leave the game after being hit by a pitch, he will miss multiple weeks.

We called up Austin Shenton as a bench piece and will start Dylan Moore in his place on 3rd base.

We were pretty lucky so far with injuries, so it had to happen at some point I guess. It just feels bad if it's happening of a bad pitch.

Little fun fact: Our 41 wins would be the best mark in the AL East. It doesn't look good for the powerhouse division with the Yankees and Red Sox still trying to recover from tough starts to the season.

Next we will have a hard time to add to our win total though, since we have to go to Chicago to face the 45-30 Cubs.

After a promising start the Mets have just dropped their 12th game in a row, falling nine games out of first place before the first month of the season has concluded. The Mets finally got a good pitching performance, allowing just three runs but the bats have been totally silent this entire losing streak as they lost to the Phillies 3-2. They are five losses away from tying the franchise record 17 game losing streak

Feels pretty good when your managerial decisions work out.

Rubber game of the three-game season-opening homestand against the Marlins, we're tied at 3 in the bottom of the 9th. Kelenic leads off with a single and I decide to pinch run Eli White for him. Nick Allen sacrifices White to second. Ronald Acuna, hitless in the first two games of the series, rifles a single to left and White just gets in before the tag for the walkoff 4-3 win.

Griffin Conine turned into Babe Ruth Jr. this series for the Marlins, hitting three home runs in the first two games. I gave him the Barry Bonds treatment in the final game of the series. He was on everything.

After 10 games, the Braves and Mets are tied atop the NL East at 7-3. The Phillies are just behind at 6-3. Philadelphia comes into Atlanta for a three-game series. Looking forward to the battles with the Phillies and Mets.

                          Astros squander series versus Guardians

The thing that stings the most about this series loss? It could have been a sweep for Houston!

The Astros won game one behind strong pitching by Ronel Blanco (7.0/5 H/1 R/2 BB/8 SO) and a mix of rbis by Yainer Diaz, Isaac Paredes, Jake Meyers and Taylor Trammell. Three of the Astros runs came in the 8th inning off of relief pitcher Tim Herrin after Cleveland's starter, Gavin Williams also had a good game despite being pulled in the 6th inning. When the game ended, the Astros took the victory, 4-1.

The Astros entered the 9th inning of game two with a 5-2 lead and with their All-Star closer entering to close it out, they would certainly leave with a 2-0 series read right? Nope! Hader was off from the start as he allowed Will Brennan to nearly take him deep with a ball that bounced off the LF wall for a double. Then, the next two batters, Bo Naylor and Lane Thomas were walked to load the bases with no outs. He was able to get Carlos Santana to pop out but that was the only out that he would record. Those three runners would score to tie it after Bryan Abreu was brought in an attempt to get the remaining two outs. Abreu then allowed a walk off sac fly by Luis Garcia as the dejected Houston squad walked back to their dugout with the 6-5 loss.

Game three again saw the Astros bullpen squander a late lead. Christian Jaiver was pretty good. He pitched 6 strong innings and left the game after allowing a lead off single in the bottom of the 7th. At that time, the Astros were up 3-1. A lead that would quickly disappear after Shawn Dubin was brought into the game and allowed a two run HR by Gabriel Arias to tie it at 3-3. Then, the bases were loaded with two outs but the game was still tied. Glenn Otto was brought in for the final out and after his first two pitches, he had Jhonkensy Noel in an 0-2 count. So, the smart move would be to play it safe and try to get him chasing. Well....the decision was made to pitch him up and in and Otto lost control of the fastball that clanged off of Noel's beefed up left arm to bring in another run to give Cleveland the 4-3 lead.

From there, the Astros offense couldnt get it going and Cleveland added two more against Otto to eventually take the game 6-3 and the series 2-1.

Meanwhile, the Rangers took over the top spot in the division while the Astros maintianed their spot in third.

The Astros will now have a day off before they try to get their first series win in June as they welcome the 23-43 Chicago White Sox to Daiken Park.

Ryne struggling at the plate and Ichiro's not!

                            2025 Stats: 21G / .244 BA / .308 OBP / .305 SLG / .613 OPS / 5 2B / 12 RBI

Performance: “I guess that every rookie’s having that kind of series where no matter what you do, it turns out to sh*t!” said an angry Sandberg. While the young second baseman appearances at the plate weren’t that bad, the results we’re disheartening, going 2 for 23 and getting only 2 singles over 6 games.

Team: Sandberg performance at the plate was matched by the Wind Surge play overall. Losing 5 of 6 to the Cardinals and only managing 10 runs. 7 of those came in the first two games of the series. It means 0, 0, 2 and 1 to end it with, no surprise, 4 losses.

                            Wind Surge: 9W – 12L – 3.0 GB – 3rd in Texas League North

Performance: “He’s a hitting machine, no matter what they throw at him, he finds a way to put the ball in play. That guy’s amazing, period!” said DH Zach Daniels. Daniels right, Ichiro’s been on a tear so far this season, getting his average near .400 and a game hitting streak up to 21. He will try to continue that pace and that streak in the next series, on the road, in San Antonio.

Team: “Finally over .500 and pitching getting way better. We know the recipe to our success; we just need to execute.” mentioned a happy manager after the series against the Roughriders. After losing game 2 and 3, the Hooks bounced back with 3 wins, and giving only 6 runs while producing 15. Their April is like a roller coaster, losing a series, winning one, losing one, winning one. The team hopes to break the trend against the Missions.

Astros slide continues with sweep to lowly White Sox

The Astros have lost three series in a row and have seemingly hit rock bottom as they were just swept by the Chicago White Sox.

Houston is 2-8 in their last 10 and have screwed up each and every opportunity they have had to reach the top of the AL West.

Andrew Benintendi was a thorn the side of Houston's pitchers in the series as he homered in each game. Luis Robert Jr. also got his 100th HR of his career in game three of the series in which the Sox completed the sweep with the 4-3 extra innings victory.

Now, Houston will stay home to face the second place team in the AL Central, the Minnesota Twins (38-31).
