Quick question. When you change broadcast style to 70s-80s, 90s, ect. Is the the presentation supposed to be limited? Batter reactions in the box, replays, ect. Thanks

Yes

You lose a lot of the new/modern presenational elements when changing broadcast style. Wish it wasn't the case, especially 90's and 00's but unfortunately you do.

Just got the game earlier today, but have yet been able to get the Stadium Creator downloads to work or even appear. Is this normal? I know in past years you would at least get a preview after searching and could download them, but this whole day I can only search them and then every result is just a blank black background. I imagine it has had to have been working at some point, mostly just curious if I am the only one experience this.

How is the frame rate and general performance of the game this year? I have the option of playing either on an OG PS5 or XBSX. Anyone have any guidance on which system runs the game better? In the past I’ve always found the gameplay buttery smooth but the transitions and cut scenes to chug… it’s always frustrated me.

I can only say from XBSX but it’s really smooth again this year. Definitely has stutters on the Series S, but no consistent issues on the Series X.

On my PS5 and my big honkin 4k TV.....zero stuttering issues. Looks and plays fantastic.

No stutters on Series S for me. I even saw a guy on the Mets running to 2nd and lost his helmet. He had a big afro and it was swaying side to side!

So to get the pregame storylines in Franchise, we have to use Hybrid or Broadcast presentation, correct?

I want to use Fast Play (at least for the regular season) but I also want the storylines.

Actually I noticed while I was letting some CPU vs CPU games go on fast play that the storylines do appear even then. They don't happen in spring training, home openers, or playoffs at a minimum - those all have their own specific openings. Might be other situations too but I haven't seen them yet.
