Any idea what happens to drafted prospect who refuse to sigh with your team?

Don´t know if this has already been asked, but how the stats for batting average and HRs in Franchise? Any differences? In 24 I had like 20 players each league with above .300, best teams around .280 (irl 24 the best team had .263) and only 2 players above 40 HRs.
So way too many hits, but too few HRs.

So does this mean you can use those classic overlays in actual games not just moments?

They go into FA if I’m not mistaken.

For player average, I’ve had anywhere from 6 to 22 in the couple of test sims I did. For the rest it looks like this:

Hits: 0-2 players with 200 hits
                HRs 40+: anywhere from 4 to 10
Team AVG: anywhere from .260 to .275

I’d argue their offensive stats are pretty accurate this year. You are going to have outliers but for the most part it’s pretty spot on. I also want to test this with raise K/9 for pitchers to be more accurate so we can see if that impacts average at all.

Is anyone aware of any photos or videos that show off the different broadcast eras?

If you have 24, just look at the vintage moments. Not much as changed outside of some coloring on the UI, but it’s the same as what it was before.

These might be silly sounding questions, but I'm a mere peasant with an 11 month old toddler at home...so my $60 is precious to me...

1.) Are all of these new features available on the Switch? I'm mainly thinking of different score bugs, themes, etc...

2.) Is the gameplay a huge difference over 22 or 24? I still play 22, but I saw 24 available from Target for $40 and I'm guessing it will be available for cheaper digitally in the not too distant future.

I saw A&S's review and I REALLY want to check the game out, even if it means abandoning my precious franchise on 22.

I don't have the Switch version... yet. But I *think* the only real difference would be obviously no stadium creator, and flowing hair introduced last year. ATM can't think of anything that jumps to mind about differences. Maybe I'm forgetting something tho.

Also, no reason to abandon 22 completely. I still play 19 because of no three batter minimum rule.

EDIT - And congratulations on the kid. My son is 28 now and I'd give anything to have that time he was eleven months to last a little longer.

I don't. I had it on Game Pass last year but let my subscription expire. I'll just wait until tomorrow to look around them.

Thanks! It's hard to believe he's already nearly a year old, and not that I want to rush things but maybe he'll get into baseball just like his dad (one can only hope).

I love 22 because it's the last year before the pitch clock, which I don't mind in real life but I love it for The Show because I can just put the Switch down and go do other things. I'm really looking at 25 because of the Franchise updates, plus some of the players not available on 22 (keep thinking of Paul Skenes to be honest) AND I could use the Guardians City Connect, which I really enjoy.

If you create new stadium for instance Las Vegas A's, do they pronounce as Las Vegas A's or just A's and do you get to keep all your A's unis?
