I want ratings to matter more than my influences. Plus I never liked the artificial influencing by moving the stick one way. If I want to pull a ball I'm just going to swing early, not move the stick to the left.

Feels a smidge arcadey to me that's why I don't use it.

Must be nice i’m 9 games in with the yankees but have only 7 home runs with timing up +1.

I was messing around with timing settings when I was trying to figure out why people were having issues with analog swing causing sliding into 1st base issues, and for the small subset of games I played, all of the HRs I hit were on pitches middle of the zone or up. Anything that was down in the zone I’d hit solidly but they would be base hits through the gap.

It’s the main reason why I use zone rather than timing, but I’d probably suggest waiting on pitches that are higher up in the zone so you can get more launch angle and will probably see more HRs.

Since a lot of us is older. I would have thought directional would be more used since it’s basically triple play/mvp baseball.

I wanted to use zone but i cant move the pci quick enough.

Timing only. Broke out of my HR funk. 5 after 4 full.
