They won't go after Yeti players, Ramone already said that's fine.

I kinda hear what you're saying about it not being good business to ban these accounts. Hopefully these people had advance warning, but I do think they issued this warning out in several places. I would guess that these people knowingly doing something glitchy are aware of the website and SDS's other social media presences.

If people were wrongly banned I hope they'll get their accounts back, but for people who did, they can take a hike. Unfortunately they'll be back next year, again ruining the experience for everyone for the first 3 months of the game.

And these people wouldn't be up and open about something like THIS, I think. They'll keep these secrets to themselves otherwise their trick gets exploited and they don't have 5 million stubs.

I can understand your way of thinking to a point, but... When there's people that pay real money to buy stubs, and then on the other end there's people that knowingly exploit the game to acquire stubs by manipulating the marketplace, something has to be done. I mean if you're purposely putting in sell orders and cancelling them on multiple devices simultaneously to get refunded double the amount, you know what you're doing. You know that you're exploiting the game. You know that SDS doesn't want you to do this. From the look of twitter these people did this about 30 times each. Why should that be ok?

No, they knew they were doing something wrong but kept doing it because it benefited them. Thats wrong. Thats like cashing a relatives social security check after they die because there was a glitch and the checks kept coming. Would you expect to get in trouble if you were caught?

I'm not saying it's ok for them to do this or condone but I think Sony holds more responsibility in this for having subpar programming. I'll admit I have spent some money on the game and it is discouraging if there is a loophole but I feel I have a bigger grievance with Sony writing a crappy logic algorithm than the people who found it. Apparently another issue which caused banning was buying items below the quick sell value, because someone didn't know quick sell value, then quick sell. I'm not sure how Sony can pardon themselves from that market logic, that's 100% on Sony, should have set a min sell value...

I got banned. I did nothing wrong. A lot of people saying the same thing.

SDS won't even reply to my emails to tell me what the problem is. I have never even played online because I am worried about a DDOS attack. I have not even cashed my free BR voucher because I was waiting for all the bugs to be worked out.

I trade on the market a lot. Sometimes I use my computer to make trades when my kid is playing PS4, but 99% of my trades are through the PS4.

Again, I have no idea why I have been banned, and there are many others that are in the same boat as me. This is going to be a huge P.R. disaster for SDS when the smoke clears.

I never buy into this logic. If I don't have good security on my house, are you allowed to break in and steal from me? No, of course not and the same goes for exploiting glitches. Yes I should have better security as Sony shouldn't have left exploitable loopholes, but that doesn't remotely excuse anyone from taking advantage. People know it's wrong, yet do it because they think they'll get away with, then get upset when they do get punished. No sympathy from me

Well the # of 500k buy orders for SEA Arod went from 20 to 7 lol

I dont think so. there were huge exploits last year and they shut the site down and added the Captcha. Id be surprised if the site is down permanently.

I noticed a few oddities in the marketplace in the 10 days

                        1. Trevor Rosenthal goes from 86-82. Yet his card fell maybe 2k. 6K to 4K.
                        2. Ervin Santana was suddenly selling for 1300 stubs all weekend (Fri-Mon)
                        3. Kevin Jepson was 2k Saturday & Sunday
                        4. Stanton was selling for 30K as of yesterday even after falling to 87
                        5. McCutchen was still over 20K yesterday after losing diamond status
                        6. Betances & Chapman cards as of yesterday were still 2K more than Miller even though Miller in Diamond
I dont remember there names but they were allot of fun....

This has the potential to screw even the players that were honest and didn't do anything wrong. This is likely going to have the cost of cards go down and people like me that invested in certain players will lose out on thousands of stubs.

A lot of that is just supply and demand. Just because a card drops from a diamond to gold doesn't mean it instantly drops to gold price, because there isn't many on the market from the month or so they were diamonds. In contrast, someone who is a gold for months has a vast amount of that card on the market, so even when they turn diamond there are still plenty of them about, effecting the price. Nothing dodgy, just about how many cards there were before they upgraded/downgraded

people were creating buy now prices for players prices at 50k and cancelling them at the same time on the console and the online marketplace on the website at the sometime and instead of getting the original 50k back they were getting 100k back.

doing this over and over created millions of stubs for one profile
