it doesnt bother me that much though tbh.

i know what you mean by that. like i swear its like im the only one to do something right when im the pitcher. my team barely gives me run support but in other games they'll post 5,6, or 7 runs. but when its me its 1 or 2. its tough work. especially since im in my first full major league season and im already their ace.
    im the nats btw.

Just finished up my third year in the pros, first in the majors.

            SS Walter Reed, Mariners
            20 years old, L/R

            Code:
                G AB AVG OBP SLG OPS H R 2B 3B HR RBI SB CS SB% BB K DP A PO E FLD
            MLB 145 480 .313 .381 .469 .850 150 79 26 5 13 67 76 11 .874 53 53 4 384 195 12 .980
            AAA 115 432 .299 .387 .362 .749 129 76 18 4 4 50 93 10 .903 41 37 5 313 149 10 .979
            AA 82 278 .302 .337 .396 .732 84 23 11 3 3 43 44 8 .846 17 25 11 187 95 14 .953
Didn't want to hit over .300 my first year but nearly max speed will get you a lot of cheapies. Finished second in ROTY voting behind some scrub 1B who I assume only got it because he had 20 more RBI than me. Bleh.

Signed a 5 year/$25 million contract during the offseason to take me up to free agency. Too bad the Mariners are terrible (72-90, last in team ERA).

I've basically been meeting goals (1 out of 3), keeping stats from falling, and pumping speed.

Do the pitchers in here actually pitch what the catcher tells you to?

About 50/50 for me. Having pitched irl for a while I strongly disagree with a lot of what the catcher calls (NO I WON'T THROW 8 FASTBALLS IN A ROW YOU STUPID GAME!).

On a side note, my 1B just started year 2 as the starter for the Pirates! Batted .381 in AA with 37 doubles, 14 homers, and 82 RBIs, then had a great spring. My first Major League AB was a 1 pitch homer off Yovani Gallardo

                            Question about pitch clutch:

Is pitch clutch supposed to help you with runners in RISP, or just simulated games? I was thinking it was the former, but I'm not sure raising clutch necessarily makes me that much better or worse with RISP. On the contrary, when I raise pitch clutch, I get very good ERA stats if I simulate. Also, in the training mode it mentions "pitch a simulated game" with the primary attribute as clutch.

Since the patch killed my Rick Vaughn file , I started up a new one as Kenny Powers.

I know it's not the greatest version of Powers but since they have no option for a mullet, this is the best I could do.

Stats to my last game: Had a no hitter w/ 1 out in the 9th only to blow it!
