I was wondering the exact way to get to see what round you were chosen in. I have the PS2 version, so it might not have it, and I looked everywhere I can think of, I'm just wondering if I'm missing something.

Go to Player Management-Roster foundation and find your name and it will tell you how you were acquired. Now you can only see what round you were drafted during Spring Training. At the end of Spring Training when you sign your contract, it no longer says that you were acquired via draft it says you were acquired as a free agent.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Damn man, nice poke. Stadium clearer. I love Minute Maid, such a sweet park. Have you hit it out of dead center? Also, do you remember how many feet they measured this one at?Comment

Re: MLB 09 "Road To The Show" thread
Yeah, I've noticed that. In one game, we were up 10-1 in the 8th with 2 outs, and I gave up a single (my third hit of the ballgame), and immediately, I was pulled. When I talked to the manager about it, he scolded me, and forced me to skip a start.Go to the schedule screen. It's right there.
Question for us RTTS Starting Pitcher types. Do you feel that in the late innings (ie 7, 8 and 9) you get pulled rather quickly? I've given up a single with a 5 run lead in the 8th after spinning a real gem and getting pulled with out the chance to work out of it. I find that really annoying when I know that I could at least be given one more batter.Through music, you can live forever...TEAMS: San Diego Chargers, San Diego Padres, Notre Dame Fighting IrishComment

Re: MLB 09 "Road To The Show" thread
Started off on HOF, but im currently playing on All-star default. All-star is still a challenge for me and I have concentrate 100 perent on every pitch at-bat. All star is hard, but not impossible to get hits.
I started my guy out at age 20. My own age and I figure I graduate at 18 in HS, play a few seasons of A ball and make it to AA at 20. I dont think you see too many 18 year olds playing AA..Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Really? Even when I'm tired my manger forces me to finish until I give up a run or two then get yanked in a situation like that.Comment

I wish he would let me go on. Even if I gave up a run or two, I'd still rather get the win and, if possible, the CG.Through music, you can live forever...TEAMS: San Diego Chargers, San Diego Padres, Notre Dame Fighting IrishComment

Re: MLB 09 "Road To The Show" thread
So i was going really really good and was thinking this might finally be the time i get promoted to the AAA rotation. Then i had two appearances in a row were i didn't do anything right. I followed it up with a solid performance right before the all star break and i thought maybe i would get promoted to the rotation. Nope, still stuck in the bullpen. It's garbage though, the #5 starter is 1-8 with a 8.7 something ERA. How am i not in the rotation? I've done pretty much all my advancement goals. I guess i just have to wait it out longer.Comment
