Has the transition from Spring Training into the Regular Season been fixed? Last year you couldn't choose who made the "active roster", the CPU would just automatically assign them to different levels.

Actually......you could.
From your starting roster....whoever is on the active will be on the MLB roster.
For each year following an off season...just set your levels before you start spring training and whoever is on the MLB level will be on the active.

I think it only automatically assigned if you left it undone.

I know what you are saying...and Jim and I asked if we could do some shuffling(you can...you're just not prompted to and you have to remember who is where before you started) pre-regular season.
They are receptive to the idea.

I'm having a hell of a day...and I'm taking it out on anything and everyone.

Yeah...they REALLY.....REALLY wanted to get that flower bed in.
But it was causing some problems with the lineup logic and the CPU manager reliever hook logic....so they had to remove it last minute.

Yeah people are starting to be way to picky about little sh!t. I mean, the one thing that sells this game is gameplay IMO. I could care less if we have flowers or people walking in the stand or (since i'm a Braves Fan) a giant cow or coke bottle. All the "little things" are nice and add a lot to the game but come on. I want great gameplay...but i guess i'm crazy

While I definitely agree with this assement, I think it is a credit to the game, and the developers that folks are continuously pushing the envelope for more authenticity in the game.

Whereas you have a game that people complain that the seat backs are actually 2 inches higher in the real stadium than in The Show's representation, you have another game where there are no check swings, the outfielders cannot catch a fly ball, and you get $1M for throwing a no-hitter.

I will take the wrong color tulips and the sun setting six degrees off the mark in a June game than the other trainwreck.

I'm just confused about the active roster. Isn't it only 40 man? The problem I had was during spring traing, all my 40 man guys were there.

But when I advance to regular season, the CPU would dictate who made the MLB, AAA and AA. Therefore some guys wouldn't be on the level on wanted them to start off at and hence u end up wasting "options" and alos some guys would have to clear waivers if you wanted to send them down to AAA on opening day.

So seeing now that they fixed the batting stances blocking the meter..have they fixed the stance's that have the batters front foot on/over the inside batters box line (ex. Yunel Escobar)

I still saw batter's with their foot over the batter's box line. They know about them, not sure the reasoning why it happens with some of them

No you're not crazy. We have guys that are focused on certain things, and this why. We just don't have a "flowers in CBP" guy.
