Thanks, I didn't realize there was an exception to the rule when on the rubber. I've umpired softball for most of my life, so this situation for a pitcher technically never arises.

Guess it's not a bug, kudos for clearing it up.

No problem. I was completely unaware of that too. I guess the reason for the difference between being on the rubber and off is that when off the rubber, the Pitcher really isn't a pitcher at that point. He's just a normal fielder. There are a LOT of little intracacies in the MLB Rulebook. Would be great if the entire rulebook were made available in game so that we could always go and reference it when a situation like this comes up.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

With a man on first base I hit a base hit to the center fielder and the center fielder starting running to the ball like he was in "slow motion" which by doing this let my guy on first base to score. He should have been at third base but because the center fielder ran like an "80 year old" I was able to come all the way home.

I had a man on third base with 1 out and hit a fly ball to left field and I tagged up and scored from third. But the reason I scored so easy was because the left fielder took his good old time throwing the ball. It was like the left fielder forgot there was a man on third with only 1 out.

At random times the base runner windows become "Dark" so Dark where you almost can't even see the runner in the window. Also when this happens the backround in the base runner window is different then whats actually on the field view. In simpe terms the base runner window gets really Fuked up looking lol

I hit a fly ball to the outfield which bounced off ground into the wall and back on the ground and it was ruled a "ground rule double" The ball never bounced over the wall! This happend at the Braves ball park but I have seen this happen at other ball parks also.

Base runner windows and Top Scorebar not displayed! Missing! To get them back I just need to pause the game."Start Button" and then they come back when I un pause.

Game freezes at the loading screen! I mean the loading screen that starts after inserting the game disc for the first time. "The intro screen" And when this happends I need to hit the power button on the PS3 to shut off and restart.

Anytime after the 5th-6th inning, pitching or hitting, press the select button on the remote and the game freezes

Average Attendance is still way outta wack. After 3 opening games at home for the Giants vs the Braves I had 41,915 attendance every game (or whatever sell out is). I went to the seating/attendance screen and my average was just over 28,000.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Well only played as Giants but I suspect it same with every team.

When you have trade proposals and you turn your system off the trades are gone.
How often can the bug be reproduced? Should be able to be reproduced easily in Franchise mode.Will be checking this out further tomorrow for more info. I read this in a thread and it happened to more than one person, I'll try it for myself tomorrow. If it isn't a bug, I'll remove the post. Thanks

In replay after the game finnished 3-2 for me i had just 1 HR, but that HR was not included in replay. Very imortant moment and it missed in replay.
When I tried to save a Highlight reel from this HR I had allways a message that it cannot be stored...

Did not notice in first series of Reds vs Cardinals, but in second series vs. Cubs the Great American Ball Park out of town scoreboard does not show any scores. It looks like its not lit up.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Only happened once as I have not restarted my franchise yet.

If you have 30 team control on the scores will never show up because the game is waiting for you to play those games. Simulate the rest of the games on the schedule first, then play your team's game. The scores will show up. It's not a bug.
