Wrigley Field. Home runs being called when the ball hits the top of the left field foul line wall.
How often?

franchise, career, and season (only because those are the three modes that go beyond the 2010 season)


Whats the Bug? How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it?
the spots near the duggout (only after the 2010 season and only during opeining day, the allstar game, or any playoff games) instead of the playoff/openingday/allstar game logo, it has a big blue square that annoys me to death, and its been in the game since the first or second patch, and i'm still wondering why it hasnt been fixed yet, or why no one else has said anything about it, i dont know if its just my game, but it sucks

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
every allstar game, opening day game, or playoff game thats played after the 2010 season it happens

After the 6th inning, if I go to the menu screen to warm up a pitcher or something then go back to my menu screen, game freezes. Music and stuff still plays in the game, I can still access my PS3 menu by pressing the home button, but the game itself just doesn't work anymore

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
All the time in the situation listed above.

After my first Interleague game of the season, the "Steals" overlay for my players was set back to "0". Ellsbury had 19 steals, but since my Interleague games, his stat overlay when he is on first after a hit or walk reads all "0's" across the board for Steals, Attempts, and Caught Stealing.

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
Still happening when he gets on base.

Try to remember to use the 'Quick Menu' (D-pad UP) when you go to the bullpen, this seems to alleviate this problem.

I'm not sure about 'Start Button Pausing' to get to other options though...

CPU has the nerve to alter your team (plus minor league team) and every other teams lineup therefore messing up the lineup that the roster update had set it up as. (Also it stinks because lets say you set your lineups during Spring Training and go on to the regular season, you have to go through the trouble and setup the lineups again like you wanted them.)

How often?

I've only had this happen to me in Franchise, but that's really the only mode I've been playing lately...

I'm about a month into my franchise, and it seems that I end up having a game freeze on me about every 3 or 4 games. It usually always happens late in the ball game when I'm coming out of the bullpen and back into the start menu.

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
I can't produce it at will, but it is definitely happening on a consistent basis. Like I said, it usually happens every 3 or 4 games, and it ALWAYS occurs when I'm exiting the bullpen. I end up frozen on the start menu every time. I can still hear the stadium sounds and the PA announcer, and I can still access the XMB too, but there's no getting out of the start menu.

Same here in Online. Extremely frustrating. So now if i'm winning i just let my starter finish the game so i'm not forced to forfeit by timing out when i'm stuck in the menu screen. This bug is total BS, and I'm suprised SCEA hasn't fixed it yet.

Bug: Playing as the Detroit Tigers, Scott Sizemore was at the plate with a 3-1 count. He got hit by the next pitch. Sizemore was credited with a walk AND a hit by pitch. In his second at bat of the game the announcers said "You can tell they have wanted no part of him today, with a walk and a hit by pitch."

Can You Recreate It? Haven't had that situation arise again yet.

I posted that earlier cause it happened to me, except my guy had a full count when he got HBPd plus my team was home and the walk song played.

It happened in two player verses mode (offline)

I was playing my friend offline on the same PS3 & the count was 3-2. I was batting & he was pitching. He pitched the ball & I "check swinged". There was an appeal & it was called no swing. so now it's ball 4. However my batter is not awarded first base for some reason. The ticker says the count is 4-2. So we figure, ok, he will pitch me a ball outside & then the game will award me first base. No such luck. Instead the game ticker now says 5-2. Next pitch, 6-2. We realized this was not going to work so we finally worked it out by him hitting my batter. Then my batter was indeed awarded first base.

Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?

I would imagine so, by doing the same thing. (check swing on ball 4 where the appeal goes the batter's way)

I hit a grounder to my opponen't shortstop who overthrew the first basemen and the ball ended up in the stands (and not just first row, it was pretty far back in the stands). But the ball was never ruled dead and I was allowed to just keep running all the way around the bases and score.


Can you recreate it? How often can the bug be reproduced?
Only seen it happen that one time.

Hi, I'm playing for the Reds in RTTS and after i sim to next appearance i go to the pre game warm up but when the warm up is over it freezes. Whether i let it run or just skip the fmv? First time this has happened but it is my first season in the majors although the previous games went fine? Any help would be appreciated..
