Did they get in Whitey Herzog's retired #24 on both the LF wall and under the scoreboard?

It isn't so much because of the running, but they tuned the outfielder throws so that they aren't as super accurate as last year (for both cpu and human).
It wasn't always about outfield arms being so accurate as it was about the CPU runners making very poor decisions. I could tell every time a CPU runner was gonna be gunned out trying to advance first to third on a clean single to left. Is the CPU a LITTLE bit smarter this year, not just outfield arms being toned down?

Good idea about having separate sticky's for next year. Noted. And a must it seems now.

        - there were some gameplay questions but they got lost in the storm of stance, uniform, and stadium edits. I am personally waiting on you guys to post your individual impressions before I ask the gameplay questions, I have a few more about ball physics, Fielding, pitching and hitting. I love analog controls and can't wait to read about what SCEA did with it in detail. I just figured I'd wait till the storm passed, maybe others are doing the same.

It seems if the outfielder throws are not as accurate it would actually increase the cpu aggressiveness on 1st to 3rd. Could this type of thought be accurate?

Almost every throw goes nowhere near home plate. And way up the line.

Except for the center fielder he does seem to have more accurate throws to home plate. But forget about the Left and right fielders

Knight pointed this out right away. They are not overly aggressive like last year. And a lot of runners held up at second. Almost like they knew certain outfielders would gun them down. Was a pleasant change.

In last year's game I felt like throws to home always made the catch reach to his right and then have to reach back down to the left to tag the runner.

This would usually happen on throw that hops to home, as if the hop always causing the ball to go to the right....its not organic.

It might be to look at this, but can you please mention? Thank you.

Are there more varieties of fielding animations this year? I hate seeing the shortstop or 3rd baseman taking a couple of hops as he just lets the runner get closer before he throws. He should field the ball, set, and throw or field and throw.

you are exactly right. I wish we could have gotten more gameplay out of CES with all those interviews. We definitely would have had more questions arise thus possibly fixing gameplay issues before release.

To the community day guys; what kind of gameplay issues did you have as you headed to The Show headquarters and also what did you notice gameplay-wise while you were there that you had suggestions and questions for?

Have any of the CD guys described the new hitting camera angles that are available? I know we can do custom angles this year, but I was wondering what any of the new pre-set camera angles for hitting are like.
