Definitely playing on broadcast for pitching, hitting and fielding. Won't have it any other way.

I can use replays or press in R3 if I want to see the stadiums.

Are there any camera shots of the scoreboard during the game? That would be a nice addition to the series to give it that broadcast feel.

Always behind the pitcher view!!! It's most realistic and challenging!!! I love this years different teams broadcast cams. Awesome stuff!!!

Catcher #4 is perfect for me. I drew 3 walks my first game on All-Star; I don't recall ever getting more than 2 last year, and that was with CPU Strike Frequency turned down.

I can see high/low pitches a lot better with this view, and that is huge for me.

I like to use catcher 3 for hitting and the broadcast for pitching, it's tough from that view but it's realistic. For fielding I am really enjoying the medium view it put everything a little bit closer to the ground and like the way it zooms in

is there anyway to keep the strikezone on the screen similar to 2k? If I could get their camera setting correctly...this game would be perfect.

I really like catcher cams 3 and 4 so far. 5 is just a tad low for my tastes.

and as far as replicating the 2k10 cam, I cant seem to get the right distance from the pitcher.

I use broadcast for both hitting and pitching. It's easier to pick up whether it's going to be a ball or strike IMO.

A big "thanks!" to everyone who suggested the wide camera for hitting. I tried it out last night, and absolutely love it.

I've always had trouble hitting with righties, but the wide angle really helps me see the ball better.

If it makes you feel better, the more I've played the demo (admittedly on Veteran for hitting), the more I've felt that it really doesn't matter as far as moving the analog stick left or right. Once I get the game today I'll spend a lot of time practicing hitting (when I'm not working on the Yankees minor leaguers). If my suspicions are correct, I think analog hitting will still be quite possible from that view.

No, you were right the first time - the side matters, at least on All-Star or above.

Even bunting is screwed up.

I haven't read the whole thread but I just fired up an exhibition game just to try and play around with different camera angles. I think it's awesome you can edit your camera to find the one suited just for you. The problem now is I just don't know where to put it, lol. I'm trying one now where I'm zoned far enough where all I can see is the plate, I can't see my hitter all that much but it allows me to really read the pitchers out of the pitchers hands, it almost makes me feel like I'm the one up there at the plate. I'll be playing around with these for awhile it looks like. This feature might actually get me away from MOM and play the game again. I can't do analog hitting though, I tried it and it just doesn't feel right. I'm going back to timing hitting.

Wide 2

Hands down the best hitting view for me. The catcher cams all seem like the pitcher is too close and Wide/Wide Offset are zoomed too far back. Wide 3 is too low. With Wide 2 it's low enough to determine balls and strikes in the zone but high enough to see the pitches coming in.
