Hit for the cycle in RTTS

Was actually rather uneventful as they didn't really make a big deal about it other than showing a "hit for the cycle" graphic.

Robbing of home runs is officially way too common. I've been robbed 4 times in 112 at bats at the major league level so far.

Two questions....

1. What difficulty are guys playing on? And how much do you alter the sliders in your RTTS?

2. Is there any difference between picking your team as opposed to being drafted? If so, what?

Increase velocity on all pitches to increase velocity of fastball. I've heard some of the slower pitches like knuckleball, changeup etc. might decrease velocity of fastball but not sure about that. Arm Strength only effects fielding your position.

I'm playing on all-star, and the only alteration to sliders I've made is lowering cpu strike frequency. They throw way too many strikes if you don't, combined with the expanded strike zone. I use to walk often, and I'm still not walking like I use to even after I lowered it.

Well obviously you don't get to choose what team you go to if you enter the draft. I have only done one rtts so I don't know if there's any differences as far as your road to the show if you do pick a team.

My RTTS is set on All-Star and I just choose to go into the draft because I usually get traded before I make it to the Majors anyway. So it really doesn't matter haha

I love that skill do not decrease as fast as last year. Some of my skill I haven't put any points into for 5 weeks and the still have not decreased yet. Makes it a lot more realistic in my opinion, plus its easier to "build" the type of player you want to be.

FYI, it takes a full 8 weeks until they start declining. Great adjustment IMO.

For example, I shouldn't have to constantly worry about putting points into speed. Realistically, you are either fast or you aren't. This way I just give it 40 every two months to keep it stable.

I'm using All Star with Timing hitting. Turned down the pitch speed.

I used the draft since you'll probably get traded anyway. Nothing like picking your favorite team only to get traded to who knows where.

Hit an insider the park HR. Also got lost in the movie maker since it was introduced in the game. After an hour of grasping how the thing worked, I made a movie of it. Christopher Nolan would be jealous.

hahaha was playin road to the show had a delay cuz someone ran on the field said they couldnt show it (dang it i wanted to see it lmao) and bout a few seconds later he tripped over the dugout into Gatorade and was escorted out of the park funny stuff!
