Player Traits similar to how it is in Madden. That way you won't see all those trades of big players/prospects and will give those players more value towards trades and how franchises are built.

The commentary team is okay, I just want it to feel like they are all together. As if, they are actually sitting in a booth watching a game, not just in a booth reading lines.

And perhaps adding a Baseball America Top 100, more stat overlays in Franchise, with Matt/Dave/Eric talking about these overlays like things going on around the league (the trade pop up in games is a good start).

And perhaps tightening up the defense a little bit.

I agree that would definitely spruce up the commentary that is to me somewhat dull in this game. Another thing I would like to see is when a player comes to bat, they show his stats for last year, until the present season reaches a certain point before going to present stats. In addition to what was already said about commentary, a little humor would do nicely. They would do well listening to the commentary of that other baseball game, and how the announcers interact with each other.

Continue what they've started already, more accurate weather system, opened/closed roofs,double headers and rain delays.

Haha, no there is another baseball video game. No other video baseball game can match MLB The Show for most everything, the commentary is better elsewhere.

I Would Like To See Games Cancelled and Rescheduled to another series in the future because of Rain, or Double Headers as a result of that

MLB 2K8 had this feature, so it's probably not as hard to do as you think.

MLB today type feature but make it possible to play any day of the season rather than just today's games.

Playoff mode. Seriously, can't we put this in?

More immersive commentary during franchise play.

Adjust the analog pitching, not a big fan of the down_up. Dare I say, I like "the other game" analog better.

Keep improving the lighting for night games.

Make it possible to jump from MOM mode to play now and back.

Improved Real Time Presentation - It's OK now, but it's missing some things that the broadcast presentation has. For instance, after a HR is hit with men on base, they don't wait at the plate to celebrate, but that's included in the broadcast presentation - just little things like that to tighten up the RT presentation.

Different Personality Types - Certain players don't act cocky during their homerun celebrations for instance. This can be determined by implementing 3 to 5 different personality types in the player edit section. It could also influence the frequency and intensity of arguing calls, etc..

More Features in HR Derby Mode - It'd be cool to be able to change the time of day, wind ( wind doesn't even exist in HR derby mode currently and if it does, it's hidden from us ) speed and direction, weather, cut scenes on/off option, etc..

Real Time Weather - For instance, if it's raining in New York, then it's raining in New York when you play the game. This can be an option like ' Real Time ' or ' Random ' weather.

Here's a miscellaneous one. Have the batters look to the 3rd base coach sometimes.

-Ability to see what team(s) the player's played for each year.

D'oh, forgot to note this!

There are plenty of career-like things that would be nice to be accessible into this game. Knowing whether a player was an MVP, GG, SS, AS in previous years, etc... knowing their contracts leading up to that year (including what teams they played for, obviously), knowing which teams have made or won the World Series, and e-mails about things around the league (blockbuster trades, coach firings, etc.).

Making the franchise more about the entire league, and less about just your little world with your team, would be a nice asset for this game.
