Post game pies in the face on walk offs. Maybe just a cut scene of a player doing a mock interview and someone comes over and hits him with a pie.

Or how about just mock interviews in general, show the guys in the booth! Or at least have their pictures pop up when the game starts as Vasgersian is telling you who's in the booth!

Jesus Christ is this game lacking in the presentation department...

1 - I'd like to NOT have to control every team (workaround) in franchise & have more realistic line-up's stick for computer run teams...

2 - A generated random pitch count option...

3 - an option to select one player & control only this player in a franchise mode. Road to the show is great, but I'd like to simply be Albert Pujols & hop into a season...

Ps... If none of these things happen, I'm buying "12" & will LOVE it! Thanks guys for the very best ;-)

If Mauer really is the cover boy, what about catcher call game rating? A guy like Mauer or say Yadier Molina should call a API different game than Carlos Santana and Mike Napoli.

I know most don't use the API but it's just a suggestion.

How about scoreboard watching of the teams in a close divisional race. This year has been a perfect example where it was reported that Tampa players were watching the other scores to see how the Red Sox faired. Also some Braves stayed around to see the final of the Cardinals game.

Maybe even show some quick highlights of a close divisional game between innings of yours or even cut to Jeter's 3,000 hit in like a short Baseball Tonight feature after each day. That last part would probably be really tough to do but it would be great and NBA 2k does something sort of similar with their NBA today feature.

STATS! The other day when I was coming up to the plate (RTTS) it showed my stats with runners in scoring position. I loved it, but it doesn't happen very often. So more in game stats.

Sometimes they don't show the HR distance and show where the pitch was. I want to see the HR distance every time. There was one very deep blast I hit with power swing and never got to see the distance.

2. post season mode
3. more customization rather than generic cleats, gloves, etc
4. more customization w uniforms, how can the braves uniforms with the red, white & blue during the aaron era NOT be in this game!
5. stadiums w retractable roofs actually be closed during rain
6. The Show is as close to the real thing but the "other" game out there has amazing presentation

Not going to happen, at least not for next year's version. But I do expect more lines and tweaking.

Agreed, but also a memory limitation could be a factor for at least different looks on the same field, which have been remedied a bit with color customization.

They are only allowed to use what the Cooperstown License gives them access to. So sometimes their hands are tied in this situation.

Agreed, it will take time, games of the past didnt have them till the end of a consoles life they were on as well, since they take time to build.

Arguable, since both have RT mode, and the "other games" stat boxes and overlays are pretty um, "plain". 1980's plain.

And with the stadiums real to life scoreboards in The Show, it did boost that visual part of the presentation up from the year before, and the competition.

But I do expect (and want) work done to the presentation... they seemed pretty intent on getting our feedback on it when we were there. And I know that they know even with a presentation overhaul, it would go a long ways in making the game feel entirely fresh and new.

more options for player accessories, the same stuff every year is just boring.

more true to life animations fielding and hitting. no more seeing things happen that have never been done in the history of the game. no more morphing swings, get some real time mechanics installed for hitting. along the same lines, more stances and motions. when guys have a one of a kind swing or a one of a kind delivery then you cant substitute that with someone elses. it completely takes me out of the immersion of the game.

I have an issue with that statement. Michael Bourn for me hit a grounder inside the third base bag and was out by a very unrealistic play, and I recorded it. The ball was past the third base bag and Bourn was still not out of the batter's box! The CPU's third baseman had the ball as Bourn was just leaving the batter's box. The ball was not hit that hard or it would have went through if it was. Thus, the replay shows how unrealistic this game is as Bourn is not that slow getting out of the batter's box. In my mind, if Bourn repeats that in real life with a mediocre third baseman making the play, Bourn is safe at first base. I also recorded a CPU CF with 76 speed and mediocre fielding ratings running from center to right field snagging a fly ball, again, very unrealistic.

Just some aesthetic stuff I'm hoping is added:

The ability to choose what helmets, socks, and undershirts you wear for a game.

Speaking of sleeves, hopefully everybody won't be wearing them for a night game with a temp of 68.

And the Baby Giraffe.
