It's not that the devs don't try to match the schedule... this is a bug, just like it was a couple years ago. Honestly, for all the times I stand up for, and praise this series, this REALLY bothers me. It was a known issue before, and someone sneaks through again? Something like this that is so easily seen, it's hard to fathom how it went unnoticed.

Guess I'll be waiting to start my franchise after all...

It's odd how fixed issues somehow seem to get unfixed. That's not a shot or accusation or anything (I know how interdependence can screw with stuff). It's just...odd. I wait awhile before I actually start my franchise anyway, but that sucks for people who like to jump in and go.

Hopefully the fix pans out better than in 09 (if it does indeed get fixed). It essentially caused people to choose between continuing their franchise or losing online as the patch bricked franchises in progress (due to the schedule not matching up, I guess). Maybe it's something they can get to quick and early this time.

I also saw Freeman and 2 others for Morneau, and blocked a Heyward trade. Tabarnes, Butera was like 5th on the depth chart for the CPU...

I don't think he was saying it was a good trade.

Every team has all 7PM starts during the week it looks like and 1PM starts on Sat/Sun

Yup, which makes it even more baffling that this could have been missed. EVERY TEAM has this schedule flaw... how does that go unseen? I'm not one to complain about bugs/glitches, but this is EXTREMELY frustrating. Franchise is essentially what this game is built around, and this scheduling issue is a HUGE mistake, and for now, completely ruins the mode for me.

This sure as hell better be fixed by opening day.

Yeah, as a Cubs fan, the plethora of night games just feels downright wrong. We're only allowed to have two night games per week! (and three night games a select few weeks)

To expand on this, the reason myself and many others bought BOTH versions of the game this year (PS3 and Vita), was for the franchise mode compatibility... right now I've spent $80 on TWO games to have the main mode of said games have a glitch THIS obvious??

Really sucks.

Incredible game this year, but this just really bites.

I'm digging this game alot its all that I have done today,lol. Pizza, garlic bread and a couple of cold ones for supper tonight.... And tomorrow,lol. Might pop in Major league later also.

Game feels a lot different, a lot better. Hitting feels great, though I still prefer PYS/Power Pros'. Not a fan of pulse pitching--it's okay, but I feel like it'll give me a headache, sticking with meter pitching. Just feels the best to me.

Also, I just took a swing and the bat flew out of the batter's hands and into the stands. Whoops.

I feel you on the frustration, but, it's at least a little comforting to know that if we bring it to the developers' attention, they will shoot straight with us and let us know if it's something that can be fixed via a patch or not.

All I have to say is wow this game is good! I just finished my first game. I was the Cubs playing the Cardinals, I picked random teams. I won 1-0 in a pitchers duel, hit a HR in the 8th to win. Can't wait to play more.

Playing default All Star with Pulse Pitching and analog hitting. My first 3 games were very fun.

Game 1 I played as the Dodgers at Miami. With Billingsley I had no command of the corners. Ended up walking 5 and giving up a couple of long ones. I couldn't touch Buerlhe, his 69 mph curve just kept me off balance.

Game 2 I was the Braves against the Nats. Much better control with Beachy. I ended up with 6 k's. In the 6th inning it was tied 2-2 and the game blew up on me. Routine grounder to Chipper, he threw it a little short causing Freeman to stretch forward when he just flat out dropped the ball. Next batter, deep fly to RF and the ball glances off Heyward's glove. Later in the inning another flat out drop at first. Lost the game 7-3.

Game 3 I was Detroit against the Angels. Haren threw a complete game shutout against me with 8 k's. I should have scratched out a run, but Austin Jackson got thrown out from deep RF trying to stretch a double, and I got thrown out again later trying to go from 1st to 3rd on a routine hit. With Verlander, I was able to paint the corners with fastballs. I racked up 8 k's and the only run I gave up was an inside the park HR to Bourjos when the ball glanced off the top of the wall on a bounce instead of going over for a ground rule double.
