Draft got boring, huh? Because it's getting heart-wrenching and just generally painful for me at this point....

pretty much...after Quincy gets drafted, there's no real reason to continue watching...unless Jones gets traded......

He gave up a walkoff grand slam to a pitcher in spring and he gave up 5 HR in 4 innings pitched in the regular season before I DFA'd him lol.

And we can't stay on topic anywhere around here, it always comes back to Milk Carton or a bunch of these
how in the world do u give up a grand slam to a pitcher? lmaoo...sorry but that's totally unacceptable man..that's beyond a cardinal sin in the baseball rulebook lol

Yeah, Machado is the best available, I'm turning it and following online as soon as he's gone.

We all know that Draymond Green is the best player in the draft! I really do think he will be a beast though. If you can dominate Big10, you will do fine in NBA.

Puh-lease, if there are two good second rounders, they're Scott Machado or Quincy Miller. Plus, Robert Sacre and Kris Joseph are Canadian, so they automatically win.

But this belongs in the basketball threads, which is a place I try to stay away from.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a cheap backup third baseman that's also serviceable enough to play when Chipper gets hurt or needs a day off. Any suggestions? I'm the Braves, by the way

Let's please stop talking about the draft because after what my Cavs did yeaterday I might just have to give up. Ooo and then the hated Celtics select my favorite player Sullinger (besides Craft). It was a bad bad draft

This got me curious. This has been done 51 times since 1954. Twice in the post season (so 53 times). Ironically the two in the post season were the same year and two guys on the same team (1970 Mike Cueller and Dave McNally of the Orioles.. One in the ALCS and the next in the world series)

The last to do it was Chris Carpenter in 2009. Some well known guys have done it such as Carpenter, Felix Hernandez (2008 off Johan Santana lol), Don Larson, etc...

Apparently more common than a perfect game.. although it shouldn't be haha.. that would be the ultimate baseball cardinal sin.

                          Callaspo or Scott Sizemore.

                            Long time no see guys!
Still waiting on Scott to start this braves chise, but outfield bat, I need em. Also thinking ahead if I can't or don't resign Michael Bourn, would the red six move Ellsbury?
If not my target replacements would be either Bj upton or Bourjos. For outield bats, I like Willingham, Quentin, Soriano
