I've seen Rosenthal, Olney, etc. I'm too tired/depressed to dig it up. He's the less likely option, obviously.

            Probably not straight up.

In The Show terms, is Escobar for Reyes fair? What with Reyes' bloated contract...

is it safe to assume the Jays are in contention and the Fish are not?

                    Hypothetically, yes.

EDIT: Brandon McCarthy's line on rehab at AAA Sacramento: 3.2IP, 6ER, 7H, 1BB, 2K, LOSS. There goes his value lol.

Yunel wouldnt belong in Miami then....Marlins are lacking 1B, SS, and 3B prospects so Hech, Dean and Cooper maybe?

i dont always put much stock in a guy's rehab outing...what if they just wanted to make sure he got through a couple of innings? i doubt this one outing would affect his trade value from what it was prior

                          I'm sorry, but that's a B and two C's. That's it? For Reyes? Woah.

Could I trade Escobar for different prospects, and flip them for Reyes? Like those three.

u'd be takin on Reyes's ridiculous contract for the next 5 years at 17.2M per...that gotta count for something no?...i was just tryin to match up prospects at positions the Marlins need depth in.....in a perfect world, i'd substitute Cooper for Cardona so it'd be something like this: Cardona, Hech, and Dean for Reyes ...and for Escobar, i dont think realistically, ud be able to swipe more then a low-B and mid-C AT BEST

Cardona/Hech/Dean ain't bad.... I'd go Kellen Sweeney over Dean, though.

I think you're underrating Escobar in the show, where locker room problems don't exist.

whichever one has the higher ratings, i'd take if i were the Fish...and i NEVER factor in a player's off-the-field stuff into my opinions...Escobar can be looked at as a servicable upgrade for a contending team, but nothing i'd give up a ton for
