I dont think you understand what I'm saying either, I said that the two trades he made are enough and that if hes being realistic thats about all he should do, also that he should have never traded for Morse in the first place, he didnt listen to what people saidComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I have made 2 trades in my Royals franchise along with 2 Free agent acquisitions going into my second season. Let me see what you guys think.
Offered by Phi at the 2012 trade deadline:
KC gets:
Dominic Brown
Phi gets:
J. Guthrie
J. Mijares
one other player can't remember who a B prospect minor leaguer.
I offered this trade in the 2012 offseason. Its not the fairest I know but the CPU did accept it. I have King Felix carrying my fantasy pitching staff and after his perfection I needed to play with him.
Sea Gets
Jeff Francoeur
John Lamb (high A prospect pitcher)
Chris Dwyer (high A prospect pitcher) - Both are currently in Mariners rotation now.
KC Gets:
Felix Hernandez
I also signed in Free agency
Huston Street

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Not to mention their minor league system has been steadily weakening over the last couple years. So I doubt they'd part with guys that can help in a couple years for a fringe player like Soriano, who is pretty much an overpaid Delmon Young (who Detroit already has!) Or a Morse because Castellanos is around to come up and play OF fairly soon (he was converted to an OF position to help him get to the bigs quicker.)
But I think the overwhelming opinion that I saw from people was not to make the trade for Morse...which was ignored.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Meh, it is a game and he should do what is more fun for him. This thread helps people to make them more fair and hopefully more realistic based on what is happening in their digital universe because some people find that to be more fun. Not trying to be argumentative, just perspective.Comment

It just seems like if you want to have a fantasy team, this thread isn't quite the place to do it.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I definitely agree Bugle...I wasn't around when he was making the deals for these guys, but I wouldn't have signed off on them. For one, the Tigers didn't need to deal for bats at all. They have one of the more loaded offensive teams in all of baseball, especially on paper.

About this: "I said that the two trades he made are enough and that if hes being realistic thats about all he should do" I am not making any more trades and I never said I would.
About the Soriano and Morse trades, I think that maybe I shouldn't have traded for Soriano, but people make mistakes and at the time I thought it was right. About Morse, I made the trade because I felt like needing a bat, I know that the Tigers are a very good batting team but there were players that I couldn't bat with and I really felt I should do that. Since that Morse trade my team's been playing better and I've been playing better and Morse as been a great help...
So, on the overall, I think Soriano trade was maybe a mistake, but the Morse trade was right for me and my team. I didn't ignore your opinions, I read all of them with care and respect but in the end I went for what felt right and the results are positive.
I'm sorry if you felt like I ignored your advises but I didn't, I think you all give great tips and opinions and I have learned a lot this past few weeks. A lot about trades and a lot about BaseballMy teams:

Dodgers awarded the claim on A-Gon. Jim Bowden of ESPN suggests Zach Lee, Allan Webster and James Loney for him.
We're talking two B's in form of the pitching prospects and a C in Loney. Given how much money A-Gon makes, I'd call that fair
