Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
If so this is who I would go after for cheap (if you are using rosters that haven't moved Wandy, Guthrie, and Happ yet that is:
Wandy Rodriguez, JA Happ (HOU)
Jeremy Guthrie (COL)
Derick Lowe (CLE)
Bartolo Colon (OAK)Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

You were looking for a 4/5 starter right? I can't remember cuz it was a couple pages back.

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Lowe has been garbage all season in RL (outside of his solid start which quickly turned into crap.) So he could be an option considering he has the potential to pitch that well, and because he's older than the planet itself he wouldn't command a terribly ridiculous return.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Well ok, but he's a solid pitcher and could potentially be controlled in 2013 which is a plus like you said.

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Nolasco, Richards, Volquez for me. Although I do like Sanchez, but he would cost a little more.
And Burnett/Bedard are filthy in The Show...so they are also amazing options if PIT falls out of things.
EDIT: He makes 17.5M? What the F***Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

I'd agree with AC and NFG on those guys.

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
only bright side regarding Sanchez is, he's under team control for 2013 at a reasonable salary...perfect 4/5 guy if u ask me......yes Lowe's contract is 17.5M for 2012....now im not sure how contracts work in the game so if the poster is in let's say July, does the game AI automatically know to somehow deduct salary until then, or would the poster have to pay the entire 17.5M if he trades for Lowe?Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:
