So two veterans; one injury prone and one who left town on horrible terms...for one of the best catchers in the game? Does that really seem fair to you?Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Pierzynski actually isnt that bad of a player. He has a career .285 avg. He doesnt have as many runs as mauer cause sometimes the white sox just cant hit. I would say to make it a little more realistic i would offer one of ur prospects for mauer as well.Comment

He has konerko playing 1b and dunn is prob his DH. According to espn hes getting paid $6 mill. I dont know if its the same in the game but if it is i wouldnt want a guy getting that paid that much and just sitting on the bench most of the time.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Anyways, even if he was welcomed...why would a team sell Mauer, to pick up a veteran in Pierzynski? It's a backwards move that makes no sense for a team if they were contending and even less sense if they were rebuilding since AJ is older and less talented. If they dealt Mauer you'd have to include premium prospects, something the White Sox have little-to-none of unfortunately.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Thanks for saying that, I've heard Minny fans felt that way but I couldn't find anything on it when I was looking.

And, should I start another franchise with the White Sox or a new one with the Red Sox?My teams:

In no order. White Sox farm system is terrible.
