With Hochevar pitching poorly IRL aside, how much would he cost? He's a B overall and B potential. Makes around 4 mil for 1 year in the game.

Two C's? One mid B and one mid C? Two low B's? He's still fairly young, around 26-27 off the top of my head.

Speaking of the Royals, Felipe Paulino. One C since he's no more than a mid-tier power reliever or spot starter?
