This franchise is going to kill me. I can't score runs for biscuits and it's tickin me off lol. My rotation is getting rocked and nobody can hit when runners are in scoring position even though I have 59 hits as a team through 6 games and only 22 runs to show for it.
My record is currently 1-5. Hopefully I can turn this aroundComment

Re: Da Astros
don't do that...hang in there and believe in yourself....you're just in a RISP rut...everybody goes through those streaks....stay with your approach and hopefully things start to come aroundSteelers | Seminoles | A's | Rockets | Avalanche | Wildcats, Hoosiers | LiverpoolComment

My rotation is in a let the other team play gorilla ball rut to lol. These big gaps can deffiantly play against you though. Found that out.Comment

Re: Da Astros
u didn't know that when u first saw Minute Maid Park? a Dee-Gordon type can easily hit a inside-the park homer if the ball rolls all the way in center...good thing is Schafer can cover a good amount of ground....as far as the pitching goes, not having a true ace really is a detriment for any team....Bud Norris would be the closest thing to one but he got rocked for u so....Steelers | Seminoles | A's | Rockets | Avalanche | Wildcats, Hoosiers | LiverpoolComment

Yea. I'm bout to make start number 2 with your friend. Will be back to give a recap on his first two starts. Hopefully bud can turn it around. Those gaps are killers though. And the Crawford box hasn't been nice to me lately either.

My record is currently 1-5. Hopefully I can turn this around. At that point it was really frustrating to play with the Astros, but those moments, just make it a little more sweet when you're actually playing well and scoring runs. So stick with it and know all teams go through stretches like that.
So I just finished my series with the Cards and I got swept. The last game of the series was a matchup between Norris and Lohse. Bud pitched great. When he left in the 7th inning he hadnt allowed a run and struck out 8, and left with a 3-0 lead. My bullpen, like many times this year, went on to lose this game for me allowi 5 runs in 3 innings. So after this series we are now in last place, 11 games behind the 1st place Cards in the division.
Next up is interleague play with the Astros going to Chicago for a 3 game series. I'll keep you posted at the end of the series.BIG BLUE ALL IN!!!

Well wasn't that a bummer. Harrell's first start against the braves was rough one at first. He went 1 2 3 in the first. Then in the second he got rocked by giving up a couple homers and 5 runs. Being that my bullpen was burnt out and only the second, I was pretty much forced to run him back out there. He cruised through the middle innings before coming out after the 6th. That was his first start.
Second start went the same way almost. 1 2 3 in the first. And I jump to a quick 2-0 lead in the top of the second. The nationals jumped all over him in the second for back to back shots and 3 runs. He then cruised through the middle innings and through 7 he comes out. I was finally able to fight back in the top of the 9th with runners on 2nd and 3rd with two outs, Matt downs hits a double off the wall and we take the lead 4-3. Only for Myers to blow it in the 9th and then Bryce Harper hit a walk off single to win the game 5-3. Man this is tough lol.
Harrell's second game stats were
7.0IP 4H 3R 7SO he has a season ERA of 5.54 and no decisions. Imma give him one more start before I decide what imma do with him.
We're currently 2-8 on the year and 4 games back of the brewersComment
