Withrow is now the best pitching prospect in the farm system, ranking higher than Cosart in overall (placed him in AAA). Ethan Martin is my 2nd best closer behind Myers (made him the CP in AAA). Baldwin III is my top outfield prospect, ranking higher in overall than Springer (placed Baldwin in AA where he is the starting CF and is batting 3rd in the order).

Now my next issue is who to bring up to replace Lee at first. Top candidates are Scott Moore, Brett Wallace, and Cody Hinze. Do you guys think that Chris Johnson could play first? That would allow me to put him in 1st, put Paredes at 3rd, and marwin gonzalez or downs at 2nd.
i've never heard of CJ playing first....are either Moore, Wallace, or Hinze producing at all?

Nope... Moore and Wallace all have avg in the mid .200s and Hinze is hitting over .300 but in limited bench reps at AAA.

How hard can it be to move from 3rd to 1st, why wouldn't a guy that plays good defense at 3rd not be able to play 1st (plus he has that big frame). Many 3B make the transition from 3rd to 1st.

Its not like im moving him from RF to SS, its a move that is often made in real life so i can live with myself putting him at first, its a move made based on need.

Plus I couldn't live with Moore, Wallace, or Hinze being my starting 1B, even if it is just for 1 year.

Well, Wandy could tear his arm apart and not give me anything in return for his great season or JD could tear his ACL and be out for the year giving me absolutelyy no offfense. Thinggs can always be worse ...

That's a valid point lol. Stick CJ at first and see how he does. Can't hurt none. Singleton should be ready for next year

Since we are still in mid June i felt that it was a little too early to trade him to another team, especially because his ERA was 3.20 and not really a very hot commodity. But now that he just blanked the Rangers in their home park for 8 innings (lowered ERA to 3.00) i can feel like he would be a pitcher that contending teams would want, and realistically trade for him. I'll maybe give him 1 more start before trading him.

I was really looking forward to making that trade with the Tigers I mentioned weeks ago, but now that I have Baldwin I dont really need Fields cuz I already have many OF prospects I like. I still like Ciriaco and Paulino though, Ciriaco could even play at 3rd right now.

I can't get on my PS3 right now but when i get home ill check the teams that would be interested and post them here so that u guys can give me some advice .

Anybody still have Brian Bixler on there MLB bench? I see his value as a super utility guy. But is non bat is really starting to frustrate me.
