for your long guy, id go with Villar because i'd want Clemens to develop more in the minors so when i do promote him, it will be as a starter rather then having him pitch once a week... i dont think Carpenter's or Rodriguez's stamina mirror that of a legit long guy....that's up to u to decide however because i dont know how u use your long reliever.....if Bogey and Bixler aren't cutting it or if u have a surplus of relievers, yeah i'd find somebody to keep the bench warm for a couple of days until Schafer is healthy

Thanks for the advice. I'll move up Fernando Martinez (even though he is on a cold streak) while Schafer is still in day to day status. When Schafer is cleared to play, I'll probably go with your advice and bring up Anuery Rodriguez and give him a shot. Carpenter has his early and didn't impress. And I'll let Clemens developed some more (I'm not impressed with his SO/Inn ratio anyway).

I hope you guys don't mind but I want to run some young prospects by you. As teams are updating their trading blocks (I'm in 30 man control so I'm assisting in their decisions of who to put on there), I'm noticing some interesting prospects maybe worthy of trade.

Have you guys looked at St. Louis' RF - Erik Komatsu? He only has C potential but has solid hitting ratings. Hes a left handed bat and at 24 years old he could play RF or LF for a few years until a young stud is ready to go.

In real life Komatsu was claimed off waivers by the Twins on May 4th.

i give the man mad respect, hes a beast. just not a fan.

Not yet, picking up the house right now (before the girlfriend gets home and gets mad lol) then imma look into what kind of move i want to make. Not sure what i want to do just yet. But where ever i do it probably wont be till closer to the trade deadline.
