No I'm not a big fan of Johnson but I couldn't think of a decent 3rd baseman to replace him with that I could trade for.

Can't. Traded him. I have no middle infielders worth anything. I'm pretty much stuck with Johnson. They all had a lot of trade value so I used them as trade bait for pitching. I decided that I'd rather struggle to score runs and have really good pitching. That's why I made so many hitters for pitchers trades.

One of the reasons I traded for Reid Brignac was to give me someone to stick at Triple-A to have in case someone got hurt.

Well I think Ingle could be a decent fit with some power. Plus he use to be a catcher I think. Players that are on strong teams may not get a lot of playing time could well be stars in Houston. Well not stars but we'll above players.

That's what I was saying you don't have to have high end names to win. It's all about performance on the field. But you do have to have more than one person to shine to achieve that.

HaHaHa! Think about what team we talking about. I think just because a player doesn't perform well with one time doesn't mean he can't with another. That's all I was saying. Glad I made your day partner. Haha!!!

Not really. Casey Blake, Edgar Renteria, Orlando Cabrera? I'd rather just stick with Johnson for a while and see how he does. I haven't played any games yet so he may do well. He did well for my Astros franchise last season. But I've got a lot of speed on my team so I'll be playing a lot of small ball and personally that's the style of baseball I like to play.

Oh and I forgot to mention that I'm using the DH for both AL and NL in my franchise. Kinda gives the Astros an AL feel plus I'm pretty sure one day down the road in the not to distance future we'll see the DH in the NL.
