Doesn't Carter also plays outfield? What would you give up to aquire him? Don't be biased since it includes your A's. Haha! Jk

OK. Still trying to manually add these players to a 40 man rosters. A lot of teams are a manshy to be a 40 man roster. Only team I see that has 3 man short is White Sox. I only on the American League.

Nope. I just single team control.

Just played my season opener and lost to the Rockies 1-0. I got shutout on 3 hits by Jorge De La Rosa. I just couldn't hit his slider. I pitched 6 shutout innings with Brandon Beachy and then 2 shutout innings with Tim Collins before I gave up a run in the 9th with 2 outs with Joey Devine.

I think I gonna start a second mode instead of a franchise. Do it give you the option to continue after a regular basis season is over?

What do I lose just playing a season mode instead of a franchise?

Wandy Rodriguez pitched a pretty good game. The strike zone was very tight, walking 4 batters. Marco Scutaro belt his first home run into right field. Also Troy Tulowitzki hit a grand slam deep into right center. Wilton Lopez came in to replace Rodriguez. He pitched well for an inning or 2. Chris Nelson belt his first dinger into right field. Chris Johnson hit his first triple of the young season. J.D. Martinez drawed 2 walks. Carlos Lee hit a double but also struck out. The final score was 10-4. Astros tried to rally back but fell way short.

                      Re: Da Astros

I won my 2nd game 5-4 over the Rockies. Mike Minor was constantly pitching into and out of trouble. While on the other side I had 1 hit against Jeremy Guthrie though 4 innings. I was trailing 1-0 going to the bottom of the 5th. Was starting to get upset and then it just kinda clicked again a little bit. The leadoff batter of the inning Matt Joyce went deep to tie the game. Then I got a single with my 3rd baseman, my next batter up (Martinez) hit what should have been a double play but Tulowitzki threw the ball into right field. That got runners at 2nd and 3rd with nobody out. My next guy (my catcher) hit a homerun just barely into the Crawford Boxes and I got the lead 4-1. In the 6th inning Minor gave up a single and a double to lead off the inning. I pulled him. Put in Greg Holland. Got out of the inning but the Rockies scored a run to make it 4-2. In the 7th inning I put in Aaron Crow and got 2 strikeouts to start the inning then all heck broke loose. I gave up a single, single, walk, single and the Rockies tied the game. Luckily I got another strikeout to end the inning with the game tied at 4. In the bottom of the 7th I had a guy at 2nd with 2 outs. I then hit a ball up the middle that deflected off the mound and bounced over Tulowitzki's head and allowed the game-winning run to score. Then I had to hang on the final 2 innings to win the game. Man the Rockies are tough on this game. Tulowitzki had 4 hits and a walk. And Cargo lit me up too!

Hey partner, CJ hit a triple for me but man my pitching blow up after Rodriguez left. Lopez, Carpenter, Rodriguez, Cruz gave up homers. Troy Tulowitzki hit a grand slam that absolutely took away my pitchers confidence. Chris Nelson surprise me with a dinger.
