It's in the options area...but I don't know if you can switch it after you start. It may be available only when you start a season/franchise.

Don't know how I missed that!

I spent awhile on the draft itself and everything, I don't wanna start over!

I wish there was a way to switch.

I just checked...it's only on the Entry Mode Options to start a season/franchise.

How do I get guys I traded for to NOT be in MLB. When I trade for them, they are on 40 man roster, but they're in AAA. But when I trade for them, they are on my MLB roster(meaning I have to send them down and waste an option)?

Also, how do I know what the player wants in arbitration. EX-If I can resign him to a deal where he wants like 15.9M, how do I know what his asking price is in arbitration? I don't wanna lose arbitration if his asking price in arbitration was basically same as his asking price in contract negotiations.

May be a dumb question but I'm going to ask anyway.......Is the timing window for hitting the same size on all difficulty settings? Reason I'm asking is I'm early on a lot of fastballs from hurlers wit overpowering stuff even on Legend setting. Tried increasing pitch speed to 7 but I'm still early a little too often. When I go with a pitch speed higher than that I'm totally helpless. Wish there was a 7.5 pitch speed

Anybody know when we might see another patch??? And would we have to restart our franchise for it to reflect in our franchise????

I've been asking myself that as well. Last year with the "game times" patch we had to restart the franchise for it to come into effect. Don't remember how long it took for the developers to send it out though...

Was there a reason for removing the roster breakdown screen (used to pop up when you hit square) in the roster management section? It was a really useful tool for roster creation...

Do umpires have different personalities??? For example, do some umpires call a ball 4 inches off the corner of the plate a strike and some are more strict and would call it a ball?

Also, do these personalities drip into other calls than just balls and strikes. Especially with tag outs. There will be times when I am sliding into home plate where the catcher applies the tag and instant replay shows Im out, but the umpire calls me safe (maybe because of bad angle?). Same with stealing bases????

What camera are you guys using after you hit the ball? I am using broadcast but I feel like it doesn't show my homers well and that kind of irritates me. I know for defense it is defaulted to "medium".

So I accidentally overwrote the latest roster update with the default roster, and for some reason when I go back to load up the game the message asking if I want to update the roster isn't showing up?

Is there some glitch in franchise mode?

It says I have like 3M left in my budget, but when I try to sign anyone, I get a message saying I can't afford a player(I offered a contract that was like 100k a year)

Can the cpu balk?

No. Balks are in the game only as a deterrent to human-controlled quick pitching (used to be very prevalent in online games). There's no AI in the game to make the CPU balk.

If you only play the CPU, you're better off turning it off IMO.

Does anyone else have trouble getting DPs

I play nothing but mom i dont no why my IF makes really weak throws on DPs, my sliders i have FAS set at 4 and BRS set at 6 does anybody else have this trouble. i use the Texas Rangers so my Infielders should have some very strong arms in mlb 12 i did not have this trouble.
