A couple of times now in RTTS I've made it to 3rd and without touching anything it's tried to make me steal home. Anyone else had this happen?

Sorry for the rookie question :
I'm playing a season using the OSFM roster.
But, I'm stuck with the MLB roster. I can put someone from the 40-man roster in the MLB roster, but then, I max out the maximum number of players in the MLB roster (26 instead of 25 max).

So, my choices are : I can release a player, remove from 40-man roster, move player to AAA.
But How can I be sure not to loose this guy ?

My question is how to manage roster during a season (Automatically or manually) so my players are not too tired. Because right now, they ARE tired. And it seems there's nothing I can do about it without waving good players to free agent pool.

Besides, I have maybe 10 pitchers in my MLB roster bench and only 5 guys that can bat or run the bases (for substitutions).

If you carry at least 11 pitchers and make sure you sub out players(position players) regularly........you should be good. I play guys below the 25% full mark with no ill effects.
Pitching RP on multiple days will tire them...but again....even at less than 50% they are good for an inning or two.
You should be able to stick with the 25 players you start the season with(unless there is an injury or poor play) for the entire season.

Is there a way for me to play a friend competitively so that we're both playing as the same team?

I know it's not realistic but we really both just want to be the Phillies. Any workaround way to do this?

Hi, I'm a first year franchise player. I recently had the June draft. When should I sign these guys and typically how many should I sign?

I'm unsure of where I should post this. If I'm in the wrong place just point me into the right direction and I won't mind.

Anyway, I'm in season 2 in my franchise, and playing my Opening Day game. Or at least trying to play it.

Things is, when I hit a home run the game freezes. Happened to me twice in a row now. When the game cuts from the actual gameplay action into the cut scenes from the bench or the batter running the bases, BAM! Everything stops and I have to shut down my system.

Could it be a problem with the game? Never had this happen in season one, and the next step is trying to clean my PS3 in case there's too much dust etc and it's causing it to overheat.

What's the deal with rookies in this game? Only a select few have the R beside their names. Doesn't this mess with the ROTY award and is it by design?

It's a bug not fixed.

Is there anyway we can resign our own free agents during the season? If not do we get a chance to sign them in the offseason before teams start bidding? Also how many rounds are the draft? and who are some underrated players you like to play with?

Why do older players lose like 20 overall after one season. thats not realistic. I was doing a franchise with the Yankees and the week before the playoffs these were some ratings:

Rivera 79
Pettitte 70
Jeter 68
Kuroda 75

I highly doubt that these players will be this bad in four months. Does anybody else agree?

Does someone really see a difference between the 720p and 1080p display?

Game is made in 720p, thats the highest rez you will get. NO 1080P or 1080i
