It has happend to me every game but only during warm up BP mostly. I have not noticed it but once or twice in game so far on my RTTS.

This topic has way too many pages, it's just people repeating the same stuff over, and over, and over, again. Unless you have an actual fix for it, posting how your game is lagging is not needed.

The larger the sample size, the more apparent that the issue is widespread. Since release its become pretty clear how widespread this issue is due to how many people have posted their experiences with it.

Yeah I just bought the game today and i'm pretty upset. It's starting to get game breaking. It was only doing it during batting practice but now it's made it's way into actual games. I'm playing RTTS AA for the yankees and it has screwed up some key at bats. I did the 10 gig instal and honstly this should help with it but i'm wondering if the 5gig instal works better? I've only played under 10 games so this is kind of sad to see, I don't want to take the game back but I will if it continues. Also the first time my game started up the opening sequence froze for like 10 seconds.. Thought it froze completly but it was just bad lag. I experienced this once ina great while in 12 but not this bad. And it doesn't happen with any other games. Has russel commented on this matter yet? Alos for those who think it's TV lag I'm using HDMI 720p on a 240ghz tv with 1ms response time, so that's not the issue

It has over 200 upvotes on The Show Nation's bug tracker (not to mention being the very first one reported). It's also been acknowleged by the devs and is being fixed in the patch (if there is one).

IMO at this point it really is just beating a dead horse since everyone who needs to know about the problem already does.

Am I the only one who is seeing a very noticeable stutter when my manually-controlled outfielders catch the ball? I think it's more on balls to the center and right fielders, but I'm not sure.

I'm using the default fielding camera ("medium"?), if that helps.

Well I posted earlyer i was mainly seeing it in BP warm up but Now Its starting to get into the actualy game alot more I actualy struck out 3 times because of the stutter. I just was not preparied for the quick stutter and I swong way before it got to the plate two times the count was full and once I was the last batter in the 9th with two outs and the winning run on third. I also had the load freeze and thought the whole game froze up like you. I almost restarted my ps3 but right before I went to reset it it started working again.

If there is a title update we have found the issue causing the stutter. fyi it's not the game causing the stutter for some people.

That's about all i can say at this time.

Glad to hear that you've found the problem. I hope at some point you can explain it because the engineer in me is very curious about the root cause. Especially with my situation where I have it on 2 hard drives, one has a problem and one doesn't...

I actually have learned how to hit with the stutter. This game is an absolute joke!
