Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

The Mariners are very interesting because honestly they don't have a lot of holes. I would feel better if they had a true #2 but they have 4 potential #2 SP in their system. You could say OF but I really think Michael Saunders is going to have a breakout year then you have Guti healthy and Morse..all if the sudden not so week..C ? Montero for now then Zunino. 1b unless Smoak can get it. The one thing they don't need is IF. Seager, Ackley, Ryan is great defensively and you have Franklin/Miller. Two big power arms in bullpen of Capps and Pryor with Wilhemsen. If I was going to say one thing, lack of a blue chip OF in their minors. if the Twins had passed on Buxton, he was going to be a Mariner. hope this helps

Looking to fix the Cubs, the bullpen is an absolute abortion and need help there immediately. I also signed Aubrey Huff to spell Rizzo at 1B and Soriano was hurt so I play Huff in LF too.

Any ideas? Not looking for unrealistic moves and would like to keep Castro, Rizzo, and Brett Jackson. All the starting pitchers can be moved if need be.

        Thanks.

If you're looking for bullpen help, I'd recommend someone from the Royals. Holland, Collins, Crow, Herrera. Maybe Jim Henderson from the Brewers or Tommy Hunter from the O's.

Tim Collins? I personally like him and his crazy curveball. Plus he's a lefty. Should cost you a High C

Seeing how the Sox need some serious SP help, I'm wondering if it is in fact possible to acquire Holland () or Gallardo...

If the Brewers fall out of contention I could see them moving Gallardo, and the Sox definitely have some intriguing pieces to offer for him.

                          Yes and no respectively

Holland for Ellsbury straight up seems about right

I hope they fall out! Now, I'm about 99.98% sure I will get severely bashed for this, but I'll go ahead and say it. Chris Sale. He hasn't been great yet, but Chicago shouldn't give up yet. I know Chicago needs some prospects. So how 'bout it? (Queue the bashing)...

I have absolutely no comment in regards to the contents of this paragraph, or any proceeding ones on the topic of Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Chris Sale. Good day, sir.
