Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Ya I guess so. They have young pitchers and if he was doing bad I think they would listen come the deadline. Might have to ask a Pirates fan like Kharmo thoughComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Hey AC what could I add to the WSox deal to get Keppinger...hes hitting .256 with 4 HR and 29 RBI and like I said Sox are 23-54 so need a rebuild. Could Dickey fit there or would they need another prospect? If to expensive ill stick with the 2-2
EDIT: Never Mind just went ahead with the 2-2 ...hope this is the last Trade I have to makeLast edited by BlueJays09; 06-03-2013, 08:38 PM.Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Ya I know...Just when I get all my guys back (if ever) the team will be beastly. But since my new sliders I haven't really been able to hit the ball...and plus if I dont win I am in big trouble since im 20 M over and have to try and make room to re up Johnson AND/OR Garza haha so I may need to make a lot of off season moves if dont win it all...
Plus my lead in the standings isn't to safe ATMComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
What do you guys think I could get for Rollins? He's hitting .298 with 19 HRs and 49 RBIs at the ASB. He just won the HR Derby too, not that it matters haha.Comment

How many years left does he have on his deal? If he isn't a rental, I could see a nice piece going back from Oakland."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
As far as your trade, I personally really like Ruf but as far as I can tell Philadelphia doesn't think too much of him. I really really like Pettibone. I actually went to a game where he pitched, and other than a Bruce homer, he pretty much shut down the Reds. I think Romero would go to Philly if they were in contention, and that's where I can see Pettibone being moved, only if Philly is really trying to contend. JPA is kinda interesting because Philadelphia absolutely loves Carlos Ruiz. I don't know if JPA plays any other positions but there might not be room for him for at least the rest of the year unless Chooch is struggling mightily.Comment

Hmmm, AJ Griffin is intriguing and I'm not sure the A's would move any of their other pitchers, or even Griffin.

I know JP can play first and I'd assume Chooch is kinda getting up there... it wasn't my idea, it was a fellow Jays' fan's, so I just wanted to get your opinion on it."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Griffin would certainly be nice. And personally I really like Pettibobe but if the Phillies are in contention and need a pitcher I think they might do it. Jpa would thrive in that ballpark. I wouldn't do it if they offered it to me but I think realistically they might. It really just depends on pettibones performance and if they're contending. If Pettibone is playing as well as he is in real life I don't think it gets done.Comment
