Well Lucroy is visibly a big fan favorite. He is also 26 and recently signed a 5 year extension for a team-friendly price. It shows that he loves the team as much as they love him. I wouldn't do it if I were you because of the realism worry.

Ackley, on the other hand, needs a new team. He has potential, but doesn't/can't show it with the M's.

Just gonna contend that a.) fan-favorite BS has no bearing on a team's moves, at least not by a good GM, b.) Sergio Santos was shopped after an extension, Andre Ethier, Jon Niese, etc.

It has a little to do with trades. No matter what GM. Unless that player sucks bad.

Each of them (besides Santos) had prospects waiting to take them over. Niese had Harvey and Wheeler, and Ethier has Puig.

          It shouldn't. Ever.

And Lucroy would have Arencibia and Maldonado.

Probably something like Mason Williams and Gary Sanchez if the Dodgers are rebuilding (which they'd basically have to be to part with Han-Ram)

I wouldn't think Han-Ram would be worth an A anymore, especially with all the injury issues

Off the top of my head I had them both as mid B's but yeah, he's not worth an A anymore. Totally agree

I think in order for this trade to be realistic the Brewers would have to be out of it and Lind would have to be out if the equation. I don't see him as a particularly good fit with an NL team. I think the trade should look something like JPA + Mid B Prospect + High-Mid Cish Prospect for Lucroy + KRod.

Just my .02 cents on the situation lol.

I agree with the part of the Brewers being out of it but I don't see Lind being that bad for Milwaukee.

IRL my mets finally made a good move today, acquiring Eric Young Jr from the Rockies
In video game perspective, is that deal fair?

Well, the realism part is certainly there!

It's a good trade fairness wise too. That's something you don't see alot in MLB trades.

Yeah I'd say that was a fair deal value wise. At the same time, filled a need for both teams.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how even this deal was.

I would say that if you want to make the same move, go for it!

Realism/fairness are both good to go.
