Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I think he is a mid-B in every roster. After only 41 AB's it's tough to argue against a trade that actually happened in real life. The Rockies also probably had a lot less leverage in the deal IRL considering EYJ was DFA'd.Denver Broncos

I was just trying to see if there was some kind of case for McHugh for Young being unfair in your 'chise, but with the exact same pot, and seeing this trade already happen in real life, you're not gonna find anything fairer/more realistic. The fact that EY Jr. has poor stats through a small sample of games doesn't really factor in. If you don't want to trade McHugh, I can understand that. You could probably sub in another mid B young pitcher.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Looking to make a move to upgrade my 3B position as the platoon of Stewart and Valbuena aren't doing it for me.
Looking at ARod. I'm doing 30 team control. He's been injured all year and has no stats.
Used to be a fan of the guy irl but since the roids haven't like him much. Regardless though he's still decent in the show.
Also is his worth still what it is on the spreadsheet? Or has it dropped in your guys opinion?
What is a reasonable deal to get ARod to my cubbies for a year?Comment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
So in my franchise, Oscar Taveras is more than ready. Ovr up to an 85. Has a triple slash of .303/.404/ .466 with more walks than strikeouts and a pretty nice RC (57.280)
Anyway, since he's ready to come up to help the Cardinals in the playoff run, would the Cards put any thought into trading Jon Jay? He's also hitting nicely ( .321/.356/ .456 with 15 SB and a 56.195 RC) Or would they rather keep both for the playoff chase?Comment

well Cubs just released Stewart so just give them him for Aroids ******** contract...why you would want him is beyond me but I can sorta see it game wise due to ratingsComment

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Ya understandable. Its realistic and fair since Yankees would pretty much give Arod to anyone who would want to pay that nuts contract. But, of course this is a game so he do offer some solid attributes cheap if you have cap room and want to pay that monster of a deal.Comment
