I am running into the same problem in my dodger franchise. I have all four outfielders hitting good and i need to move ethier or crawford. I wouldnt mind moving crawford but i dont have anyone else to fill in for his speed. Im looking for a deal for one of them where i can get a SP,2B,3B, and would consider an OF back as pederson doesnt seem ready. I dont like cruz and him and uribe are just doing average so i would like to figure out a way to upgrade there until seager is ready.

Ethier to Seattle for Seager and Thames sounds like a nice option for you. Thames brings speed and a good contact bat while Seager can play both 3B/2B for you.

Ethier to Philly for Kendrick and Galvis. You get a solid no 4-5 for the rotation and Galvis offers versatility and speed from the middle infield spots.

Ethier to the Pirates for James MacDonald and Jose Tabata. You get a speedy 4th OF in need of a fresh start and a big K potential starter for the back end of your rotation while shedding Ethier's contract

Holy no that's unfair for the Mariners, Seager is approximately 120,000 times more valuable than Ethier

Add Chris Withrow and Luis Cruz . The M's deal for Ethier would have made more sense about a year ago but not at this point. I prefer other suitors over the M's

I also have thought of moving gordon to the outfield if it can get me an infielder with a SP in an ethier trade

Seager's a young stud 3B and Ethier's an overpayed platoon partner.

Ethier to the Mets for Murphy + Gee?

I wouldnt mind murphy but im looking for pitching prospects for my SP spot and letting them try and work their way into the rotation competing with my prospects I already have.

I agree with the earlier statement that Either's ratings suggest that he's best in a platoon situation, so I really want to unload him. Puig is a more complete player.

The problem with moving Eithier in my franchise is twofold. First, he makes a lot of money, which means you just can't move him to certain teams, or you have to take on a higher salary player that you may not want.

The second problem for me is that he's killing it, with a .299 average, 20 HR, and 56 RBI at the All Star Break.

I'm having a hard time finding a deal where I can move him for a bonafide starter at 3B who is a significant upgrade over Luis Cruz.

I have better luck with 2B. I can get Darwin Barney from the Cubs for Eithier and another player.

I can also move him for 2 pitching prospects on a few teams but am unsure how much bullpen I will need going forward given the strength of my rotation.

It's a tough call because I really want offense, but I also want some youth in the pen. Arrgghh!

With the Dodgers lineup the way it is, I would go for pitching. You have Kemp, Crawford, Puig, Gonzalez, Ramirez... even Cruz is hitting well for you.

I would trade Either for a solid pitcher or 2 and maybe a 4th OF.

                        Good point.

I have seen that I can move him to Boston for 2 relievers since they have some money to spend. I might be able to package him with a guy like Harang for a higher quality starter, I don't know.

So many choices, lol. Totally different from football, which is what I'm used to. Guys get traded left and right and I'm sitting here agonizing.

Dejesus is hitting 314 with 13 rbis and I'm looking to bolster my bullpen. I'm halfway through June. What are some teams that maybe need a guy that could use a 3rd outfielder that gets on base & and has the arms to part with a bullpen arm?

Yes. I'm willing to add ANYONE to my bullpen that can lock down the 6th & 7th inning.

Brett Jackson is tearing it up and he's ready for the call up.
