So, here's the "chart" of what kind of players they might be able to bring in:

    Alfonso Soriano to a Playoff Contender for 1 B and 1 C, or 3 C's or what?

Carlos Marmol to a Playoff Contender in need of bullpen, 1 B or 2 C's?

DeJesus/Schierholtz to a Playoff Contender in need of 4th OF for _____________?

    Thanks!
It all depends on their stats but Soriano is either a low B or two high C's.

Marmol is one high C. Maybe add another low-to-mid C depending on how he's pitched so far this year.

DeJesus and Schierholtz are nothing more than a high C each

I think they'd move him if they're getting something really significant in return like a top bat or something but otherwise, no. He's really valuable to them with his positional versatility and contact bat

With Rasmus taking over in CF for the Reds and Choo moving over to LF? Yeah I guess so. At least for 2013. Guess Rasmus would move to LF and Hamilton play CF in 2014 if Choo departs through free agency. Bottom line, I find it to be an even one-for-one deal

I want to try and get Kipnis to the Dodgers.

What do you think is a fair offer? They seek C and RP.

Kipnis is rated 87 and Belisario is rated 86, but that's just insanity, right?

They don't match up very well... I'd think Zach Lee, Joc Pederson and a pitcher (Lilly, Billingsley or Capuano) for Kipnis and some small would be fine.

Well, I'm down to 1 day left before the deadline. So, I should make up my mind! I'll have to think about some possible targets to get with Lee and/or Rollins too.

You still interested in Olt from Texas? Lee would be a nice fit there and you could get some real talent coming back

Personally I really like the idea of Rollins going to Boston as a stopgap until Bogaerts is ready (which should be when Rollins' contract expires). Otherwise, the previously discussed Cali/Bay area could work if any of the contending teams can take on any more salary

Midseason by the ASB? Is Niese puttin up any good numbers? What teams are in contention and could use a lefty starter like Niese?

He's 0-4 with around 5 no decisions. A bit too early to think about contenders but I would like to move him

The Pirates comes to mind. You could snag Tabata or Presley in the deal to play CF for you along with James McDonald and Jeff Locke.

I already have Carl Crawford and Aaron Hicks in the outfield, so don't want to stockpile. Any middle infielders I could throw in?

Chase d'Arnaud (SS/2B)/Josh Harrison (3B/SS), James MacDonald and Jeff Locke for Niese?

Yeah olt would be nice! I just got Seager from LA when I sent over Doc though... And the Giants are actually like 17 games back in the division and way under .500. Idk if the sox need Rollins but they have been offering me trades for him. I'm really really interested in Olt, I just don't know what I'd do with Seager from LA.
