Interesting trade I saw today in my 30 team franchise. The Cardinals, who are 16 games back in the middle of july, were offered a trade for Adam Wainwright by the Red Sox for Bogaerts, john lackey, and matt barnes. The sox are 2 games back in the wild card race. Not sure if i should let the trade go through or not?

If Wainwright is pitching like how he is this year, that's... surprisingly fair-ish.

What are Wainwright's... ERA, DIPS, K/9, BIPA, and IP?

I think Lackey would need to be swapped out for a B to make it totally fair if awesome. I never really thought of that trade!

here's the scenario, I decided to start a Miami marlins franchise but I didn't want to start from game one, So what I did was simmed out the exact w/l results for every game so far and went as far as to mirror the lineups and starting pitchers for every game, to get to where they currently are which is todays game vs the twins, yeah I have ocd when it comes to this game

I was looking to deal some of the vets, the two trades I have proposed so far are.

              Miami
              P ricky nolasco 85ovr b pot 30 yo
              1B joe Mahoney 63ovr b pot 26yo
              for
              San Fran
              P kyle crick 68ovr a pot 20yo
              P Edwin escobar 63ovr b pot 21yo
              1B angel villalona 61ovr b pot 22yo

I read somewhere that nolasco pitches great at at&t park and would like to pitch there, looking at it I think it may be lopsided or something so I can rework the deal or something based on what u guys think
              other deal was

              Miami sends
              C Miguel olivo 75ovr b pot 35yo
              to
              Dodgers for
              P Zach lee 71ovr b pot 22yo
              SS jesmuel valentine 56ovr c pot 18yo

olivo walked off the team due to being upset about PT since jeff mathis came off DL, and Miami is looking to deal him and put him on the restricted list

I'm trying to find takers for polanco, pierrre and qualls, brewers are listed as being interested at the trade block screen but I cant find a deal they will accept

              thanks guys..

              love the game and OS!

ps I'm using OS minors hybrid v2 roster
I think in the Nolasco trade I would throw in Pierre since the Giants need another OF and it makes the deal a little more fair as long as Nolasco is doing good. I could see the Dodgers trading a low B maybe for Olivo if he's doing good because, well they are the Dodgers they don't seem to really care about trading prospects, especially if they are desperate for a catcher if ellis isn't doing good.

If you swapped out Lackey for Doubront, that could be a solid trade.

I just got into a game so I won't be able to check everything until it's over, but I know he was 10-3 with a 3.3 ERA..and yea I was thinking of taking out Lackey but i dont know who to put in.

If you could get those stats, it'd be helpful, but I'll assume he's around ~104 IP.

Yea, the Cards could really use a lefty strikeout kinda guy! I would actually think about this for my 'chise if I didn't have Johnson.

And if you didn't think Bogaerts was a "HOF" talent

Yup, that too! I would rather trade Webster or JBJ before Bogaerts.

I also have a feeling your going to start a huge argument in here. I hope I'm wrong.

Alright, so I got a trade offer from the Dodgers that's pretty ridiculous, but I'd like to alter it to make it more realistic because I think it could help my team.

                            Phillies Trade:
                            Carlos Ruiz (89 Ovr, .209/.247.288)
                            Kevin Frandsen (76 Ovr, .235/.295/.309)

                            Dodgers Trade:
                            Dee Gordon (80 Ovr, .214/.267/.286)
Yasiel Puig (78 Ovr, .233/.289/.434 in AAA)
Corey Seager (68 Ovr, No stats)

I'm pretty interested in Gordon because even though Jimmy Rollins is playing outstanding right now, he's getting old. I don't know what Puig's potential is in the game, but if he's anything like real life... although he doesn't appear to be that way in the game.

                            What do you think?
