from the picture posted earlier i would say a proper motion for Will Startup would be bronson arroyo. But I'm not sure he has a signature motion in this game...just came to me when looking at the picture.

...and anyone who played the 2008 version of the Full Minors knows Tony Thomas is black! :wink:

All the more reason to play with the Full Minors....you're edjumicatin' yourself!

Guys...it's moving nicely this year! The numbers in the editor are helping things greatly I think.
-The pitch updates are done
-The top 50 prospects are made
-I'm a little more than halfway done with the A.L. 40 man rosters.

Just curious, when you say the top 50 prospects, do you use Baseball America's rankings or someone else's?

Combination of quite a few.

I listed the top 50 of each and used hash marks....kept going until I had 50 with a hash mark from each(or in a few cases...missing one)
Baseball America was one source(as well as it's contributors individually)

But it doesn't matter as most likely.....filling in each level of each squad... with everyone else included....the top 300 prospects are likely to be in the set.
I just wanted to make sure that the top 20-25 get A potential...and then my list up to 100 at least get B potential. Then I will go as listed by each individual team.
(I hope I'm making sense....basically I made a list of the top 100....making sure the top 25(I forget how many A's I had) get A's...and at least the rest are B's...)

man this is moving along so fast, i remember waiting on last year's full minors and this is FLYING along. Good job SCEA with the #s in the player editor!

not sure if this was touched upon already (this is a very long thread, i only got through the early 30's), but i was wondering if there were plans to include accurate custom sounds to the rosters. obviously this would not be included in the first edition of the final full minors rosters, but i noticed last year there were a few updates and was just hoping a Sounds of the Show update would be in the works after the main release.

I don't think this is possible as the sounds are tied to your hard-drive and not the roster file. Therefore, for all of us wanting accurate sounds/music, we will have to add that ourselves after Knight posts the roster file.

Correct.
There is no way to attach any sound files to any roster except the ones on your drive that you do yourself.
I couldn't even put them on mine...and you have the same exact files on your drive to "point" them in the right place. Doesn't work like that(yet I hope they do this for the future though!)
Believe me...I would do it.
I wasn't a big sound guy until I did some from Skyboxers sets...WOW they add a lot to the game!
