whats the best roster online now to use until the scripture is released? Just MLB rosters. I'm only doing exhibition.
I hit 6 homeruns last night and am starting to get worried that I'm going to get unrealistic stats. I had Harball 3 (I think) for Sega Genesis back in the day and it was pretty good with stats. I don't want to hit 60 homeruns with Andy LaRoche. He had 3 last night and 2 the night before. yes, I even turned the level up for hitting.Comment

Knight/Ksig, how do you guys deal with real prospects that are in the game who have questionable potential ratings? As a Giants fan, the player that stands out most to me is John Bowker, who has a D potential. That guy tore up AAA last year and is one of the hottest hitters in the majors this spring. I'm not saying he's an A potential (he's not), but B at best, C at worst.
I'm sure there's players like this in every organization where the potentials are way off. As far as I can tell, potential is not editable. SCEA may fix potential ratings with future updates, but that won't help you all for your roster.
How are you getting around this, or aren't you?Comment

he's not going to touch SCEA players or ratings except maybe to edit their position or jersey numbers Bondsfan....
there is really no way to 'deal' with the potential ratings...they are what they are...the only solace I can give you is that these ratings can change depending on that player's performance in your franchise...Comment

First off, I have to thank you guys for all the hard work you put into these rosters. It just makes a great game even better, and is a wonderful treat for fans of The Show. I just had a quick question: will the batting stance roster edits be independent of the pitch edits? The reason I ask is that I don't necessarily agree with a good number of changes made (I've seen some other posts here and on other boards proposing changes for players such as A-Rod, Ryan Howard, and Ichiro, all of which I think look great) and with the hidden stances some changes can't be undone. I'd love updates to pitch selection, accessories and the like, but I'm wary of stance changes. If you already have the plan of including everything it's obviously fine, I'm grateful for anything I didn't do myself. I was just wondering about it, as I could just download your first release with the minor league players and start on my own edits if you're including all changes for the next roster release. Thanks again for all of your hard work guys, I'm forever in your debt.
